The team here is amazing! Every time I walk in, I'm greeted so warmly, and you can really feel how friendly everyone is. I love stopping by just to say hi!

Since I'm lactose intolerant, I can't have regular whole milk, so I always order the Thai Milk Tea with oat milk. And wow! You can’t even tell the difference from the regular version. It's so delicious that I've found myself coming in twice in one day just to get more. I really appreciate the non-dairy options that don’t compromise on taste. Since my first visit, I've been back over 10 times—lol!

Phenomenal new spot, the rose milk tea was the best I’ve had and my partner enjoyed the matcha more than most other places! Sounds silly to say, but the containers are high quality too (tbh going to keep them and use them at home).

Pro tip (for any boba place, really): if you get the tapioca pearls definitely ask for 30% sweet or else you will feel like a six year old with a spoon in a bag of sugar. Which is certainly its own experience and if that’s what you want please don’t let a Google review stop you from living...

This review is for my first visit to YumYum Bubble Tea. YumYum is owned by the same folks who own Aoi which is right next door. The premises were clean and tastefully decorated. The workers at YumYum were extremely attentive and efficient. I had the Pomelo Green Tea which was excellent. I never had Pomelo tea before. The tea was freshly made, not from powder.
