University Pizza — Restaurant in Framingham

I've ordered from here before and never had an issue. Now that had my first issue here, believe that I will no longer be ordering here anymore. Order food at 6:11, was told 40 mins and the guy would come to our apartment door. My phone died however no one ever came to the door. So I called them and asked about the delivery and the kid drove back to the shopcause no one answered the phone after I was told they would come to our door. So they said they would come back right away. They are legit 5 mins away from my place and 30 mind later still nothing. So I called back and they said they were going to make us fresh food and the kid would come back. It was now 7:50 and still nothing. Finally at 8:10 the food gets here, and guess what. Was not fresh. The same food from earlier. My chicken parm sub was cold and soggy, and so was the salad. Plus the staff lied to me multiple times on different occasions. Extremely disappointed that one of my favorite places gave us such a bad experience....

This is the worst service ever! Called and ordered 30 minutes before arriving after I was told it would be 15 minutes. When I arrived they had only taken some of my order over the phone and they "rushed " the forgotten portion with a slight apology. While we were waiting the owner seemed to come out into the kitchen and didn't seem to notice the staff struggling to keep up or offer any help. It took another 25 minutes to get my rushed food ! This is unacceptable service, and we will not be returning for mediocre food at best. After paying another person checking out received the wrong order and received argument from the woman behind the counter. Unless you have endless amounts of time I would avoid this place...

Exceeded our expectations! We had the cheesy breadsticks and mushroom vegetarian pizza. We didnot expect the quantity of breadsticks to be as large as a pizza! It was delicious and hot and the cheese was delicious! The pizza was delicious, crust was super soft and the cheese was creamy and tasty. It was oozing and the mushrooms were well cooked. Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the tomatoes on the pizza(were too big) but other than that the pizza itself was delicious and we would love to go back again and again just to have it!
