Starbucks — Restaurant in Framingham

Love starbies, but whenever I order from here via app and I go to pick up. My drinks are never ready, I literally have watched walk ins coming in ordering getting their drinks and leave before me. I normally give a 10 15 minute time before I go pick up my drinks. Today was definitely the worst experience ever. Waited 20 minutes for my drinks. People came and go before me. At some point one of my drinks was presented to me and then other drinks were made, before my second drink was presented to me a sweet conversation with a co-worker that was off that came in for a glass of water turned into a grabbing of the cell phone and showing what I presume was an IG post or something. Why aren't drinks of the same order made at the same time and in order ? It just baffles me. The point of app ordering is to order go in pick up and go, this place never seems to...

The service in this shop has gone downhill in the last year, I got food poisoning after eating a breakfast sandwich a few months ago but decided to give them another chance. Almost daily it takes about 45 minutes to wait for your order, the staff doesn’t acknowledge customers standing at the counter until its convenient for them. They always seem to have enough Baristas but everything moves so slow its ridiculous. I’ve noticed new employees have been training which is great because they clearly need to have people dedicated for counter, mobile orders, food and regular counter orders. Im extreamly disappointed in this establishment and it is a shame I will be going out of my way to a different Starbucks location when this is the closest one to me. Get your stuff together, get better management or hold people...

I’ve been coming here for over a year now! The staff is always so so so sweet even if they’re super busy! I work in food service and honestly anytime i’ve ever seen a customer complain about something the staff is so diligent on fixing the error and everybody is so polite to even the rudest customers. theyve also never messed up my drink!! and when they aren’t too busy, the cashiers will have a nice conversation with you which honestly makes my day every time :) i work in the same plaza as this location however this starbucks is 25 mins from my house. there are closer ones to me but i will drive every single time to this location because it truly beats out any other starbucks...
