Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Framingham

Okay, I know Taco Bell / KFC is supposed to be a place where stoners go and not notice the bad service; but this place is horrible. The food is fine because c'mon how can you actually screw up food that comes out of a caulking gun, but the service and the place itself are awful. There is never any ice in the ice machine and it constantly beeps letting the employees know that there is no ice, but does anyone fill it?...I think you can answer that for yourself. The line is always out the door because they only ever have one person at the two registers and 5 people on the prep line. The restaurant is dirty and in dire need of an update; but why do I keep going you may ask? I go because it is the only Taco Bell around for miles and unless you want to go park at the Natick mall and walk around and hopefully find the food court like an hour later this is your only option. Hopefully taco bell management takes notice soon and fixes...

I haven't been here in 4/5 years. Saw advertised on TV 2 piece combo deal for $6.00 consist of regular drumstick/thigh, small side mashed potatoes with gravy and a Medium fountain drink. Excellent deal!! We ate in enjoyed this meal. Both pieces of chicken was hot, steaming and very juicy. Fall of the bone chicken mashed potatoes had just enough milk, not to runny. While waiting in line went quickly (10 people ahead of us) I had a chance to read my favorite way to purchase KFC. To my surprise the family bucket of 16 pieces of chicken with 4 large sides and 8 biscuits is now $55.00 +tax. I'll will still check for chicken meal deals at KFC...

Taco Bell food here tastes like Taco Bell food, the salty and yummy but definitely not fancy taste, like every other fast food restaurant. I like the food, but the restaurant is kind of dirty with little bits of crumbs everywhere, so if you are the type of person that only like squeaky sparkling cleanliness, this place isn’t for you. The entire restaurant feels dull and dark and doesn’t look too welcoming, and you don’t feel that small euphoric rush you feel when going to a good restaurant and catching a whiff of all the savory foods as you glance at the vibrant and glorious lights illuminating the whole place.
