I don’t want to have to write this but it needs to be said that this place has lost a step in all areas. This morning I ordered 2 lattes, sausage egg and cheese, and a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. They grabbed a premade breakfast sandwich which had bacon on it and took it to the back to switch the bacon for sausage(not a big deal). Coffees came out good as usual. The problem was the bagel probably the simplest of them all. Took 30 minutes to come out for a bagel which looked like it was from the grocery store(they used to have great fresh bagels). Walked out to the car opened it up and they had given us a not toasted bagel with cream cheese. What had they been doing for 30 minutes. Went back in just for them to tell me the reason it wasn’t toasted was because the toaster wasn’t working. Well they could have told me that 20 minutes ago when I had the rest of my order and I would have happily gotten something else or just left. I really want this to be a lesson so they can get back to their old ways. Living up here I want to support places like this instead...

Great food and coffee! Hubby and I dropped in for a mid-morning pick-me-up and were greeted by the friendliest barista. She definitely knew what she was doing. We ordered two medium vanilla lattes which were perfectly made. There was just the right amount of syrup. They also came out super fast! For bites: I was intrigued by the Jammin’ Ham (ham, spinach, swiss, apple, mixed berry jam on wheatberry bread, $9,75). Oh dear Lord this is one heck of a sandwich. The ingredients blend together spectacularly well. It’s sweet, salty and tart! It’s rather rich and heavy for breakfast, but if you’re in the mood to try something new and unique you can’t skip over this! My husband stuck with a more conventional option, a Bacon Egg Sandwich on Sesame Bagel. It’s one of their grab-n-go options so if you’re on a time crunch this is the perfect option....

Wow, can’t believe I’m just finding out about this place as of recent. I used to be a Maia Papaya devotee but then I stumbled in on a day they were closed and instantly loved it.

They have a mini oven that has premade breakfast sandwhiches ready to go which is awesome, or you can order your own. They even do that thing you see in videos where the egg is perfectly cooked and runny.

I’ve also had a Mexican Mocha from a few different places but often times it just tastes like mocha, here it’s actually got that nice little kick I love.

Awesome cozy atmosphere, places to sit, baked goods ready to go. The baristas are very kind and you can tell they appreciate you there.

If you haven’t stopped in you...

We grabbed breakfast here on a Saturday and Sunday before skiing at Cannon. Over those two days we really enjoyed their breakfast sandwiches from the case, the hazelnut toast (meticulously and beautifully assembled though it took a little longer than expected) some drip coffee and their Romeo & Juliet latte (a Valentine’s Day special with maple, gingerbread and cinnamon). We enjoyed both breakfasts that prepared us for an enjoyable ski trip!!
