I told a girl named Jayden in the drive though my order today five times and she couldn't get it right and I explained it again to here at the window and she said okay I have it right now to pull up and wait for the chicken sandwich to get done and I waited up front for awhile and once I finally gotten my order it still wasn't correct after six times repeating my order to her I was very disappointed in my dinner and service from her I should get a refund for this or a free gift card for her bad service and for my wait time and still got the wrong food...

Ordered to go for three people. Curly fries were all stale and old. Got a roast beef instead of a beef and cheddar. $9 for the new BBQ brisket sandwich meal and I got one thin slice of brisket (way less than I've gotten at other locations), and it was so cold and crusty I couldn't eat it because the crunching of meat dried in a heat lamp made me feel sick. I stopped by after a class at 8:30 p.m. for my first meal of the day. I ordered a small three piece chicken tender meal for just under $11.00 with tax, get home to eat said meal and bit into a very small UNDERCOOKED chicken tender, thankfully I had cold fries to chase the salmonella with. 😒
