Arby's — Restaurant in Frankfort

There were two employees behind the counter. A third was leaning on the drink counter. They were in a conversation. I went in to wash my hands. I walked to the counter where the three are now standing by the drive thru window. Zero customers at the drive thru, and only myself inside. One says she will be right with me as she walks to the kitchen area. The others follow her. They continue the previous conversation. A customer walks in behind me. They continue talking, I left without getting to order.

Horrible, dirty, when I asked the worker why every seat in the restaurant was filthy she just turned and walked away and when I said hey I asked you a question some heavy set black man who was trying to intimidate me and said what did you say in a threatin manner toward myself I'm calling corporate no paying customer should ever have to put up with this Arbys in Frankfort Indiana the assist manager refunded our money and she had to tell this in raged worker to be quite twice so much for date day with my wife..calling everyone I can to make sure the clean house with people with that...

Just left this location and waited 20 minutes to get our food, for 2 people. Cashier was having a meltdown at register and I didn't order something I wanted to because I thought she would freak since I would've had a special request for it. There were so many people standing and waiting for their orders that an employee came out and locked the doors so no more people could get in! On top of that, they had no marinara for the cheese sticks they sell. Obviously very poor...
