The first time I visited this location I ordered through the mobile app. It showed the boneless wings being BOGO (which is normally a Thursday special), but proceeded to order it. If it’s listed why wouldn’t it be available? I waited for someone to give me my food but eventually it was just placed on the rack which was outside the register at the time and I picked it up and left. There was only 10 wings in my box (missing another 10) when I got back home, along with other missing items. When I call back then the manager says someone was supposed to talk to you but I don’t know how you even got that to ring up in the app, unfortunately we can’t honor that deal so I put a coupon down in your bag. The coupon was for SIX free wings after a $10 purchase excluding any appetizers or alcohol purchases. Be for real with me, I got cheated out of four wings completely and have to pay for six “free” ones a second time? I finally decided to give this location another try after like three months, last night. I ordered 15 wings. I would have gotten more sauce on everyone of the wings from a single McDonald’s sauce packet than they provided. They were also very dried up, like they had been sitting there forever. However, I did order at 9:50 and the restaurant closes at 11 so I didn’t expect it to be piping hot necessarily, but still warm at the least. I hadn’t ate yesterday, so I still proceeded to eat like half of the wings. But, have been up for hours throwing them back up now and thought what better to do with my time as I recover from food poisoning than write this review? This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to both times I’ve attended. Also, please don’t reply asking how can we fix your experience; if you cared enough about your reputation in the first place to keep someone from getting sick off of your food or provided compensation for something your customer’s have already purchased then you wouldn’t have gotten a negative review. This is my first and only review but I just wanted to try to save someone’s money and maybe even stomach. If you shut the place down for a private party, for me, and gave me an unlimited free buffet and open bar, I still...
Read moreI used to love going to Buffalo Wild Wings. The last several times in Frankfort though, it's been rough. Like they just don't care anymore. We "tried" to go this time and it was maybe half full. On a game day no less. People were mostly on the bar side. Once again, no one to seat us but I can pick a table. Would've been easier if any of the tables were clean. It's like they don't clean them until someone's ready to sit down. We had to get a big table because we had eight people and it wasn't clean so we waited. And waited. And waited. Just standing there. Some employees looked at us and some didn't. I finally went to the bathroom and got a paper towel to wipe the table off myself so we could sit down. People came in and sat themselves after us at one of the few uncluttered tables. A lady wiped their table off after we had come in and took their order. It's like there's no organization or order or like they just don't care. That's a management problem as much as anything. I'm sure there are some nice people working there but a lot of people passed us by without a word. I wasn't asking for a red carpet but a verbal acknowledgement is necessary. Restaurant food is expensive enough as is. No one is going to waste their hard earned money on bad service and overpriced food. We sat for a while (10 minutes to be exact) before finally leaving. No one said anything then either. That's telling. That says to your customers that "we don't really care if you're here or not". We went to Sonny's BBQ instead. Great experience. We get better service from McDonald's though. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but customers deserve better than this. Corporate needs to clean house and start over.
*On a side note, the owner should probably stop responding to the negative reviews if he or she isn't going to actually fix anything about the restaurant. These aren't rare or one...
Read moreMy family and I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings. We order take out a few times a month, especially on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s for their BOGO special. The last 5 times we’ve order takeout from the Frankfort location, there’s been some kind of issue. On one order, they sent a cheeseburger instead of a chicken sandwich. They did correct it, however when I got the chicken sandwich after driving back to pick it up, it wasn’t the correct chicken sandwich. I’ve had at least two orders where I ordered traditional wings with original buffalo sauce and they’ve used the dry seasoning instead. Tonight I ordered 4 orders of celery with our wings and received 4 small baggies of celery and baby carrots with only enough celery for one person. 🤦♀️ I ordered a 15 count lemon pepper boneless wing and at least 10 of the five were the size of popcorn chicken with 5 pieces being regular size. I order 4 containers of ranch and got 1. And every time I order, I tell myself, this is the last time if they make another mistake, and then I do it again. I’d rather order in Lexington where I know they have great quality and take the chance of having cold food than to order in Frankfort again. It’s ridiculous. The workers are incredible and nice, but I’m tired of having something wrong with every order. Dining in may be a better choice, but the take out, especially when ordering...
