Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Frankfort

I will never, ever order from Eastside Domino's again. Yesterday I ordered Domino's. For delivery. I got One small Cheese Pizza and a medium extravaganza. Pizza with no Mushroom and olives. When I was placing my order when everything was saId and done with the total and such. I was told by the lady on the phone that my pizza would be there in 30 minutes to 35 minutes. An hour later goes by and finally, my delivery driver decides to pull up with my pizza. When I got the pizza , the pizza was hard cold And ffor taking one bite of my pizza it tasted like it's been setting out for days I first called Domino's back to explain to them. That it was very unacceptable, but when I was told that my pizza would be delivered in 30 to 35 minute and that the pizza was very cold and hard. The general manager of the East Side Domino's told me that they can resend my order. I told him I wanted my money back. That was uncalled for I've never ever in my life ordered. pizza from any pizza place That it took over an hour long for them to deliver it I called at 4 something in the afternoon to deliver pizza.And then I had to call them back.Damn there an hour later to find out where my pizza was told them I wanted my money backPattyk Sanders When I called the store an hour later. Tell them that my delivery hasn't shown up yet. Soon as the general manager got on the phone. My delivery driver was outside trying to deliver the pizza which I took the pizza. But I told her I wanted my money back. She said well, we can make you a fresh pizza and give you a store credit as to know. I want to my refund and she asked me if I wanted to store credit. I said no I won't be ordered from your store anymore. She got really snobby and rude and hung up. And she was also...

I'm giving 5 stars because my experience was not at all what I expected after reading the other reviews. I ordered at 7:50 p.m. The order arrived at 8:27 p.m. I was expecting a much longer wait time because of the reviews and because the gentleman I spoke to when placing my order said to give them 45 to 50 minutes. Also, my place is hard to find. When my address is put in a GPS, it takes you in to the subdivision up the road and I love before the subdivision. The delivery driver was obviously very competent because he found my place with out any problems and without having to call me.

Now to the food; it is.......ok. The pizza was a little better than warm but tastes fine. The garlic knots are alright. Not the best. I haven't tried the cinnastix yet. I suppose they will be good as well. The 2 litre of Coke was still cold so very happy about that.

I don't expect 5 star dining quality food from a pizza delivery place, but I got more than I expected over all. The order was perfect, the food was hot, the drink was cold, and it was delivered in a hurry.

I read reviews for Pizza Hut and Papa John's (which is where I've always ordered from, this is the first time from dominos) and I am glad that I chose Dominos. We do love Domino's but with a change of nights the pizza quality can be good or bad. Tonight, barely done pizza. The crust iand cheese aren't very done. Maybe someone is changing the time on the oven? How is it possible to be done some deliveries and not on others?

The barbecued chicken pizza is alright/good sometimes but tonight, it has barely any barbecue... barely pink when you lift the cheese. Not enough to call it barbecued. But many times it has come perfectly cooked, which is why there are 3 stars for the food instead of 1 star.

We have dogs so we ask for contactless delivery 100% of the time. We get it ZERO% of the time. PLEASE PLEASE ASK DELIVERY PEOPLE TO NOTICE THAT REQUEST. It makes for a frustrating delivery every single time, even when the food is perfect. We are forced to watch the delivery progress and when it says someone is in the neighborhood, it's, "someone hold the dogs. They will ignore the contactless delivery request".

We just keep trying because we love domino's. If it weren't for that one thing, ...
