They will get super rude when they can’t hear you at the mic like it’s your fault. One time was there younger girl looked in high school waited a few mins at speaker, being patient. Thought maybe she hadn’t known we were there I had said “hi” then she proceeded to yell “you can order now” when we pulled up to the window she had said that they don’t appreciate us yelling. very rudely. which we absolutely did not yell(I’ve worked in food I didn’t like being yelled at so I never get rude) then said “you coulda gave me 30 more seconds we’re very busy right now” we were the only ones in line. So I just drove off because I wasn’t about to get upset over it. Went a few more times, had the same girl and was always rude to us would roll her eyes when she saw us so we would be EXTRA nice. Same incident happend today with a different girl. So the driver I was with had said something to the other guy working there about how the order takers are not very nice. Everything else is fine but horrible...

short version: avoid the drivethru as there are 2 potholes near the window, one is giant (hard to see as it is when you're leaving the window) and will cause damage to your vehicle

The service is usually great here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Consistent coffee which is huge for DD. Sometimes the donuts can be melty and tossed face down in bags which isn't great. Besides that, I always enjoyed coming here. I used to come here multiple times a week but stopped due to a massive pothole in the drivethru lane. There is a smaller pothole when driving onto the platform by the window and a massive hole when leaving the platform by the window. It has caused damage to my vehicle so I stopped coming to this location. It has been like this for over 6 months. I asked an employee about it a month ago, she said the manager is aware but still nothing...

Normally I don’t put in the energy to write reviews let alone bad ones but this was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I went around 6:45 (Saturday August 28th) this morning to redeem two free donut coupons with my friend and the lady was saying she had to do it for two separate orders which wasn’t a big deal. She was being extremely rude and was giving me the most attitude possible. Like I’m sorry you're working at 6:45 in the morning???? I don’t understand why she thought that being that rude to a customer was okay. Rule of thumb for the workplace and everyday life, don’t take your aggression/bad morning out on customers. Not that they care, but I will never be going back to...
