I have never had a problem with this particular Jimmy Johns until recently when I ordered a sandwich and it never got delivered. Checked our security cams and everything no one ever came to our house and then when asking for a refund they said I could have store credit issued but not a full refund. Then finally said they would give me a refund after hanging up the phone. On the next day I checked my bank account and there was a double charge for the same sandwich I never received. I called the restaurant back and they said that I would need to handle this with my credit card or banking company as they could not issue a refund but could only issue store credit. Read moreI usually have a great experience, always fast, friendly, and have my order correct. However, this past experience was frustrating, people make mistakes, it's understandable, however how you handle it says a lot. I ordered through door dash, the delivery was on point. One of our sandwiches was missing the contents, no meat no cheese just a loaf of bread. I called to inform them expecting them to make it right instead the sandwich makers of course denied the mistake and informed me they would call me back after the lunch rush. Not cool. 😒

Read moreI do not know why it took me so long to start eating at Jimmy John's. But, now that I have, this place is becoming a frequent rotation in my schedule. They have a good rewards program, the food is always fresh, and the employees always seem happy. I miss Subway but the quality all the way around is so much better than our local Subway that's right down the street.
