Theft by deception would be a fitting charge for this place , in particular a manager named Alisha . Deliberately not putting items in your bag because they are out but still letting people order them hoping they will just drive off and not have to deal with the problem . I’m generally pretty easy going but tonight was an awful experience , pulled in the left hand side drive though and sat and watched 5 cars pull up and order in the right hand side before they switched to my side ... 15 minutes later when I get to the window the manager says only 3 more cars and were out of here . Well if you could just imagine what type of food and service you would be getting with a comment like that you probably already know how this is gonna turn out . The worker is nice and hands me our food , I already told my wife I wasn’t going anywhere until we checked everything because in COVID times once you drive off your SOL and I just had a feeling . So were missing an apple pie , not a huge deal . The worker says okay I’ll be right back , walks over to the manager and you can tell she pretty much already knew that there was supposed to be an apple pie in that bag but she turns around and grabs a bag and gives it to the worker to give me and to tell me they are out of pies . The bag is full of cookie chunks that look like they came from the bottom of a toaster oven . The point is that I think the manager knew that they didn’t have any pies and instead of not letting people order them or just saying sorry we are out and give some type of refund , she hoped that the person that didn’t get their pie would just drive off and not say anything . But that is stealing people’s money and it doesn’t matter if your the first or last costumer the expectation should be the same unless your gonna lower the prices on everything when you don’t feel like putting out a good product...
Read moreIf McDonald's workers are going to be rude about you showing up 15 before close, then close earlier. Period. I went here with my friend around 12:40 (we were on a road trip, needed food, McDonald's was open). Waited 5 minutes at the screen before they'd take our order, and apparently the grill that makes quarter pounders closes an hour before close? Asked if ice cream machine was working, was told that we decided to come 15 before close and that it wasn't operational. Did I ask when I came to your restaurant? No. Just say it's not working. No attitude is necessary. Went to the window, tried to use a code on my phone and pay with the app (every other McDonald's uses pay on phone without me needing to ask, so I assumed this would be the same). Paid with friend's card on her meal, but they didn't take my mobile pay and made a fuss about paying with the same card for the second order (couldn't find my wallet). Waited another 5 minutes for food in a line that was completely empty, only to leave and find no sauce in the bag. I try to go inside, locked before close. I go through the line, and wait 3 minutes for a response. Go to window for the sauce (we ordered 4, which we are aware is an upcharge), and they said we'd have to be charged for the sauces ($1.06) because we didn't ask the first time. I then take the time to pull out my receipt and prove that I did, in fact, pay for the sauces, and one cashier starts getting mad at another one for not even bothering to check if we did ask and pay for it the first time, to which the next one asks if we checked the back. OF COURSE WE CHECKED THE BAG. I replied with, "I just want to go home," and the interaction was over. Worst experience I have even had at any restaurant in my LIFE. McTribe needs to fire the staff working on the night of 6/15/2024, because what I encountered was nothing more than disrespect...
Read moreWe haven't received what we ordered MULTIPLE times at this location. This time, we came back to get the rest of our order, we were treated like thieves, the employee told us that they didn't personally agree that we didn't receive the correct items and we were refused what we paid for. We were not given a receipt and we never receive one, which often results in us having no evidence to back up our claims. We provided the last four digits of my debit card, so the employee could verify that it matched the receipt that was printed when we returned for the order - though they were unable to provide us with the receipt when we went through the drive through the first time. They essentially threw the receipt at us. The receipt that was printed was useless anyway, because we were STILL accused of lying about our food missing and our food was not replaced. We were told that there was no way they missed as much food as they missed. This scenario plays out the same way more often than not (basically every single time we order at this location) and I now dread dealing with this store - even when picking up DoorDash orders. The professionalism is lacking, the employees are downright rude, and I don't appreciate being treated like a thief when I have kept my mouth shut, in spite of my order being wrong MANY, MANY times. We ordered four five dollar meal deals - each with a McDouble, two with no changes, one with extra cheese, no pickles, no onions, one with no ketchup and no pickles, three large sweet teas, and one large Coke with no ice. We didn't receive chicken nuggets for any of those four meals and a McDouble with no...
