Palermo’s 95th is my husband favorite pizza. We live in Frankfort and we ordered from the Frankfort location and this is what they gave us for $45. It’s so raw and undercooked. And it’s supposed to have sausage and mushrooms on it. Do you see any? There were like 5 pieces of sausage and not even a handful of mushrooms. I can’t believe somebody looked at this and said “yep it’s time to take it out of the oven” and give this to somebody to eat. we had to put in the air fryer to cook it more. We NEVER be going back! No bueno

So i got the wrong Pizza last time I was in. Totally refunded walked in got my Pie tonight no questions asked. The thing I love is all young kids most likely from the neighborhood working and happy and talkative. Always the nicest staff. Great Job and Merry Christmas. There were probably 5 teenagers working engaging and talking while working. U just dont see this anymore. Thank you Palermos for making great food and keeping the teenagers involved in a great business.

Overall disappointing. Ordered pizza, breaded zucchini, onion rings. Everything arrived at room temperature. The Pizza was so cool the pepperoni grease had began to coagulate on top. Onion rings were rolled up into a bag. No one wants soggy onion rings, at room temperature, smashed into a ball in a bag. They need to use a small container for fried food.

Let me start by saying I grew up on Palermos of 63rd, we lived a few blocks away. 40 years later, we live in NW Indiana and I still drive 45 minutes to get Palermos and bring it home, usually to the Frankfort location since it's slightly closer and Frank has the sauce brought there from the 63rd location.

Last week I picked one up and when I looked at it, the pizza appeared to be from somewhere other than Palermos. The cheese was off. I tasted it and it was NOT my beloved Palermos. I called up the manager and they informed me that their cheese guy was late delivering the cheese so they had to use an imposter. In speaking with Frank later, he told me that they ended up buying cheese at a local food chain while waiting on their normal cheese.

Long story short, I noticed the difference in quality right away, and was given a credit for the pizza by the manager at the Frankfort location. I utilized that credit yesterday and they are back to their 5-star pizza! I actually ate almost half the pie myself on the drive home. Frank is a great human being and runs the two best pizza establishments on the planet...63rd street and Frankfort locations. He's always friendly when we visit the 63rd street location and I'm thankful for the Frankfort location. Both high quality places and simply the best thin crust around. It is not ONLY the sweet sauce recipe that makes it Palermos, but the cheese and crust and sausage and everything they put into it. Just wanted to share that story and...

UPDATE 10-04-2025 GIANNA!!!!! You killed it with the sausage!!!! THANK YOU!!! THAT'S how is supposed to be!!! Thanks to Olivia for taking my order!

UPDATE 05-17-25 Ordered 2 XL sausage pizzas and SPECIFICALLY requested there be enough sausage so there's some on every piece of pizza and despite asking that, it wasn't the case. That's my only issue, your crust is great, sauce is amazing!!! But sorry, I shouldn't have to order extra sausage on a $36 pizza, it should have sausage on every piece, and when I do, PLEASE have extra sausage on it.

On a more positive note - Jaden - good luck at trade school!!!

12-20-2024 3rd pizza in a week and it's still amazing!!!

Extra sausage (thanks Stephanie 😊) so there's a piece in just about every bite.

Dan and Gianna thank you.

See you next year when I'm in town.

12-15-2024 My first time at this location - suggested by a friend.

It was refreshing to be greeted by Gianna with her big smile and willingness to help.

The pizza was amazing!! Sauce is nice and sweet, crust firm but not burnt, and the sausage tasted good (not enough, but tasted good - next time I'll order extra sausage).

Visiting from out of town and never knowing where the "good" pizza is a tough adventure -...

This is my favorite pizza! The 63th st. Restaurant is the original and the restaurant on 95 st . Does not have the same taste and the 3rd location is to far for me to try but it sounds like they are the same as the 63rd st . they have a sweet sauce and great sausage and this is one of the few pizzas that is great when first delivered or even cold or reheated in microwave or the oven and from the 63rd st. Restaurant .I live on the far boundary of delivery and my pizza is sometimes delivered last and only warm and I still enjoy this pizza. And I know that this is the situation when I order and I don't care about that problem because the pizza is so delicious and some nights that they are busy it can take 1and a half hours for delivery. But I have waited longer for a delivery from a place much closer. And they have been in business for over 30 plus years to the best of my memory and possibly longer I'm 57 and have been eating there what seems like my whole life. And if you like sweet sauce you will not find a better...
