I would like to give a huge huge thank you to Liz from the bakery, I couldn't find what I was looking for she never said ask someone from, I'll get you someone, she was very happy to help me. She asked employees for me, walked around with me, etc and did so with a smile. She was extremely nice, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond. There's Jewel, a complete grocery store, and Ace Hardware, well stocked for all your home maintenance needs. Then there are a dozen or more special interest stores that beg for exploring.

It's Frankfort, so you know everything will be good and high quality, starting from the well-lit superbly maintained parking lot to the vast array of quality - and delicious - merchandise available at each store. Can I give it 6 stars? I can't think of one thing to caution or...

This is a really nice gym for $35 a month and basically $50 down because you have to buy the key. I would highly recommend ANYTIME fitness. I can't believe the membership includes tanning and a hydro massage bed. They also have this cool feature with a virtual trainer and it plays a movie of a workout. There are classes there as well.
