I’ve never been to a more obnoxious Starbucks in my life. Most Starbucks are peaceful, soft music playing, and a great place to work outside of the office. The staff here are loud, screaming, having very loud conversations about killing bugs in their homes, their relationships, singing off key really annoying songs, laughing hysterically.
It’s great they’re having fun but this usually peaceful coffee shop sounds like a junior high lunch room. It’s impossible to work in. Don’t advertise your business as a “second place” for people to come work in or read a book while having a cup of coffee if you’re actually going to have a staff that thinks this is recess and scream across the cafe like unhinged children.
On top of the obnoxious behavior, this cafe is dirty. There’s garbage on the floors, the tables are sticky, there’s wasps on the windows. I had to switch seats because there were wasps crawling all over the table I was at. The baristas are behind the bar drinking their own drinks while making orders, which seems unsanitary. Maybe instead of standing around singing, they could, I don’t know…clean...
Read moreI ordered an iced expresso shaken and a bagel. I ALWAYS have gotten cream cheese. NO charge. I bought 2 bagels yesterday, got cream cheese with both, no extra charge. All the other times, no charge. Employee asks if I want one, then says she’ll ring it up. Ring what up? I’ve NEVER been charged for cream cheese. It was $1.25. I had $1.18 left on my Starbucks card. A local coffee shop NEVER charges for cream cheese. I guess I’m going local daily now instead of several days a week to Starbucks. Is this how the new CEO is going to nickel and dime customers? I’ve already gotten drinks short an inch, all bubbles from shaking the drink, not any added creams, foams, whips, nothing. I noticed fewer customers since the new CEO announcement. Complain about a drop in profits, infinitesimal, and drop the specials that bring in customers, and nickel and dime regular customers. See how fast your profits plummet. How much does that tiny tub of cream cheese cost? I haven’t paid for it ONCE in all the years I’ve been going to Starbucks. I’m not...
Read moreI was at this location at 6:30am , they are supposed to open at 5am . I was stuck in the drive thru behind several cars who were waiting for there order to be taken . Noone came to the speaker to say that they decided to not open on time . I understand employee shortages in todays world but a simple note on the door and drive thru could have saved a ton of people some time . When I finally got around the cars in the drive thru I stopped at the window and honked . 4 girls inside just sat there and stared at me but not one was professional enough to come to the window to say they are closed . Girls of Starbucks , you gotta learn how to write a note and inform the public when you aren’t open when you should be . At 6:30am most people are trying to get to work . Most of us are patient in todays world but you need to find some professionalism at this store . I was late for work because once you get into this drive thru you are stuck in it until the cars in front of you move...
