Vibe Nutrition — Restaurant in Frankfort

Been going to Herbalife shakes stores for years. LOVE them. The consistency between taste of the same shake at different stores leave something to be desired. However, they need to really educated their workers on their products. Asked for NRG (40 mg) for my tea. I need low caffeine. They kept wanting to ADD liftoff (another 75 mg) to the tea! I explained over and over why I needed NRG and what it was. We finally settled on a tea concentrate (85 mg) because they insisted they didn’t have NRG. Some stores don’t carry it. After my tea was made I noticed an NRG on the display and nicely explained to her that is what I was referring to! (And it tastes like flavored water. Not tea )Just frustrating. As a self-proclaimed smoothie connoisseur, I can’t believe I only discovered Vibe Nutrition after the new Planet Fitness opened in Frankfort! One Saturday morning, I stopped by post-workout and was instantly impressed. The shop is spotless, the menu is straightforward (with just the right number of options), and the service was great.

I come here at least once a week! The smoothies and bowls are my go to on the days I don’t have breakfast at home. They’re healthy, delicious and filling!
