Dunkin' — Restaurant in Franklin Lakes

Updating my review. I went back today to give Dunkin another shot since I do truly love their mocha swirl as it is the only dairy free syrup they have. After ordering my latte I always make sure I watch them make it to ensure that they are putting the correct milk substitute in (oat milk). Right before the woman handed me my latte she realized there was some extra space at the top and went over to the creamer machine and filled the rest up with that. When she gave it to me, I asked to ensure whatever was put in my drink was oat-milk and she had told me yes. I stated that I was making sure because I have an extreme sensitivity to dairy. I knew in my gut that the oat-milk does not come from those machines but I trusted her as she kept telling me it was fine. About an hour later I was extremely sick. As Google's policy and part of development I'm calling out the owner of taking down actual pictures i posted, incorrectly naming the place wrong, not posting obe correct link that except the homepage except he added his advertisement tracking number to it in order to track you. There is no information posted that it is delivery only according to research. Incorrect of three links posted are random places that deliver. The store pictures were doctored and the location of the display of the 'dunkin donuts' logo was moved to another area that is reversed with another brand name logo. Do not believe as of this post maps and search offer this any help except contributors like myself freely had owner remove and select new and incorrect maps settings and I will make sure my edits are approved upon as the owner has a Google history of long contributions we well and should know better. I'm writing this review in the hopes that a manager/owner sees this.

An employee by the name of "Islam" decided to ignore us as we came to get some icecream cones after dinner. He ignored us for a good 5 minutes and when I asked for assistance by the ice cream, he rudely said I had to come to the register on the other end of the store to order first.

This is not the first time I've been here and usually you get your cones first and then pay for them. Regardless, he was incredibly rude and we walked out without buying anything out of principle. Customer service is very basic and they lack it. I will never come back here again. Good...
