We went for lunch and since Daruma's is are go to usually we ended up here. Served was very pleasant. We had a chef make our food and he used an enormous amount of soy sauce on the protein and the vegetables. We talked to the Manager and she never apologized and basically told us we should of said something after he put the rice on the plate. The rice wasn't the problem it was just an overwhelming amount of soy sauce once it all was on the plate. I probably wont go back. Daruma is much better. I just really want people to practice kindness and try as a manager to resolve the problem. She didn't offer any solution just...

This place is a hidden gem. Firstly, the lady at the counter was so nice. When she hands you your order, you can feel the weight 💪 I opened my container to see it LOADED with PROTEIN & VEGGIES I had to double check my receipt bc I ONLY PAID $ not $$?? I got so much for the money!! But the best part is THE RICE. I’ve lived in two states and three cities. I’ve eaten at numerous hibachi places in all of them.

This food truck truly blows them all out of the water. The meat is high quality and cooked well. The vegetables are perfectly cooked, not too overdone. The rice is incredibly seasoned.

I also tried the spicy tuna roll which was comparable, if not better, than most sushi places. And very big!
