Piazza Orsillo — Restaurant in Franklin Township

This was probably one of the most disappointing meals I have ever eaten. I asked the waitress if they had veal and she said they did but she would have to check with the chef if they could prepare a specific dish I wanted. I asked her to ask the chef is he could prepare veal sorrentino which was on the catering menu. She checked with him and he said he could do it. When I was served the dish I said this is not veal sorrentino since there was marinara sauce on top of the eggplant and everyone knows this dish is prepared with white wine. To top it off, then veal was over pasta that was prepared with a marinara sauce. The waitress assured me it was my meal. When I complained to her, she then went to the chef who admitted he did not have the correct ingredients. I am not sure why there was a need to lie to me in the first place when I would have gladly selected a different choice and would have been happy. Instead of not charging for the meal which was $19. They deducted 10% or $3.80 off the total bill which was so disappointing. I will never return and recommend to anyone that they do not waste their money. I have to say the service was excellent and the food even better. I ordered a Buffalo Pizza; which has become my favorite.. I work fairly close to the place but when ordering pizza they have now become my first choice even if I am at home. I have always taken my food to-go therefore I can't really give my opinion on fixtures and bathroom cleanliness; However, from taking a glance at the place it looks clean and well maintained. The service was exceptional. I am not sure what his name is but there is a gentleman that is always there normally wears a red shirt and seems to be in charge of place; very courteous and friendly; He truly delivers an exceptional and unique service to every customers that walk thru the door. Keep up the good work guys; We Really Appreciated you!!

la pizza è ok per qui. non perdere tempo con i piatti di pasta e di vitello Niente di italiano qui. Lo chef non conosce la differenza tra vitello Saltimbocca e sorrentino questo posto non durerebbe una settimana in italia .... I share more in English. This place has nothing to do with Italian cooking, the pizza is ok and can be compared to strip mall pizzas in the area but zero comparison to pizza in Italy. Let’s call it a pie!

As for dishes, the chef ( if we can use this term ) know three ingredients and keep mixing them for anything you order , cheap mozzarella, canned tomatoe sauce and bread crumbs. He literally did not know the difference between the dishes on the menu. Not sure how the owner trusts his place to this crew.

If you want to laugh, go ask for Veal saltimbocca and sorrentino , you will get the same thing. I will never go back there. Save your money and go to many other places in the area that are far superior to this...
