Dearest Patrons,
Allow me to regale you with an account of my recent culinary sojourn at the esteemed Rose Pan Asian Cuisine in Franklin Park, NJ. The captivating confluence of Asian and Indian culinary traditions rendered therein is nothing short of a gastronomic marvel. As one whose palate bears a distinguished appreciation for the venerable paneer tikka masala, I found myself thoroughly enraptured by the exquisite fusion that graced my humble table.
The artistry with which these diverse flavors harmonize is truly remarkable. The marriage of Asian and Indian gastronomy is deftly executed, offering a symphony of tastes that danced upon my taste buds in an almost orchestral manner. The paneer tikka masala, a favorite among my culinary inclinations, was a resplendent homage to the culinary craftsmanship that abounds within these walls.
It is with no small measure of delight that I also acknowledge my frequent patronage of their companion establishment, the Punjabi Rasoi in Somerset. The manner in which Rajni and her husband harness the power of spices to craft vibrant and memorable dishes is truly commendable. Amid an era where many establishments compromise in their pursuit of fiscal gain, it is heartening to discover an oasis of culinary dedication that caters so capably to the discerning tastes of the Indian community.
In the grand tapestry of culinary enterprises, Rajni and her husband have woven a singular narrative. Their unwavering commitment to delivering an authentic and exceptional dining experience is a testament to their noble endeavor. Let us celebrate their dedication and relish the fruits of their labors, for they have created a haven that not only tantalizes the palate, but also warms the soul.
Furthermore, I must not fail to extol the richness and finesse exhibited within the realm of vegetarian offerings at the Rose Pan Asian Cuisine and companion establishment Punjabi Rasoi. The bounty of choices for those of herbivorous inclinations is a splendid symposium of tastes, evoking a splendid appreciation for the culinary arts. The meticulous consideration with which Rajni and her husband curate their vegetarian selections is indeed worthy of high commendation.
The delicate dance of flavors found within these vegetarian dishes is a testament to the versatile canvas that the realm of vegetables affords to skilled hands. In each bite, I discerned an intricate interplay of spices, textures, and aromas that mirrored the very ethos of culinary mastery espoused by this establishment. This dedication to catering to a diverse range of palates is a hallmark of the proprietors' commitment to excellence.
As I reflect upon my recent repast, I am struck by the vibrant tapestry of flavors that graced my table. In the vegetable offerings, the fusion of Asian and Indian influences continues to captivate and delight. This gastronomic voyage, under the stewardship of Rajni and her husband, remains a voyage worth undertaking repeatedly.
With sincerest admiration and anticipation of...
Read moreUPDATE: They do good business but lack basic hospitality. This time the lady at the front desk/pick up area was rude at the time of pick up brushing us off when we arrived to pick up our food by grunting "WAIT". Also, if orders are incorrectly bagged, employees should not be opening boxes to check what's within, leading back to my earlier suggestion of labeling boxes in the first place.
Both the appetizers and entrees are tasty! Can customize orders as per your spice comfort. I was surprised to find the American chopsuey was almost spot on! The portion of noodles could be a tad bit better (take away boxes look a little more than half full with the current serving size). The guy at the front desk/pick up area needs to multi task. Each time I'm here he tells me to wait while he finishes putting orders in and today another server stopped by to ask if i have a pick up and the guy at the front desk says says no. Strange why he would not let someone else help me when he was clearly busy. 🤔 Well anyway, My only other suggestion would be to write/specify names on take-away order boxes for large orders so customers can distinguish...
Read moreI will definitely be back and I can’t wait! This restaurant served the most amazing and delicious indo-Chinese food! The restaurant is relatively small with limited capacity. When our group of 8 went on a Sunday for lunch (we had made reservations), they were already 1/3 packed and by the time we had ordered appetizers, they became fully booked. A special shout out to the only two servers there, Alan and Naveen, and had the difficult job of managing so many people, tables, and orders. Please note, that the place looks understaffed so you do have a relatively long wait but the staff there are really wonderful and the food makes it worth it! We ordered chili paneer, drums of heaven, red Thai curry, and schezuan fried rice. Everything was delicious!!! We were surprised that the food tasted so good, especially since they had so many guests but that did not affect quality. I would say however, the quantity for the price given for the fried rice and paneer are a rip-off.
Overall: yummy food, clean location, and great servers. Areas of improvement: price v quantity and need more...
