New Casino Car Wash — Local services in Franklin Township

I was very disappointed with the car wash I received at New Casino Car Wash . My car was still dirty after the wash, and the exterior was not cleaned properly. I paid for the most expensive package, which said it included wax, but I don't think they waxed my car at all.

Here is a more detailed breakdown of my experience:

Exterior not cleaned properly: My car was still dirty after the wash. There were still dirt smudges on the hood and sides of the car, and the wheels were still dirty. Wax not included: The package I paid for said it included wax, but I don't think they waxed my car at all. The car was still dry and dusty after the wash, and there was no sign of wax. Overall, I was very disappointed with the car wash I received. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

Advice to management:

Please make sure that the exterior of the car is cleaned properly before returning it to the customer. Please make sure that the wax is applied to the car if the package includes wax. Please train your staff on how to properly clean and wax cars. I hope that you will take my feedback to heart and improve your services...

Don’t go there if you loves your car!! I took my new Hyundai Palisade, which was delivered to me two weeks back. I took ultimate Oscar which cost me around $42. All the cleaning, waxing everything done in less than 5 minutes. There are using the same brush on your car which was used for all cars passes through and never cleaned it in between. There were even dragging the same brush through the ground. The same for drying towels, never replacing/cleaning, resulted in 1000s of micro scratches in my brand new car. The bottom part of the car was not at all cleaned, that’s were I have only dirt due to recent rains. The car was not vacuumed even though it is included. I cleaned the mats 2 days back, they take it of, wet it and put it back, not even installed them properly. So the wet mats becomes dirty when we get back in. In short, my brand new car which is more than 85% clean, becomes fully dirty and scratchy after cleaning it at “New Casino Car Wash“. I strongly suggest don’t use this, if you loves your car. I’ll start with the staff are very friendly. My wash wasn’t very good though.

So my truck was dirty and completely covered in salt. Just had my bedside repainted so the paint was virtually untouched.

The one washer started scrubbing the front of my truck with a soapy brush before anyone rinsed the salt and dirt from the truck. The guys with the hand pads must not rinse them off between vehicles because my truck is now terribly swirled, including the new paint.

They are understandably in a rush, but missed a lot of spots. The guys drying the truck once it goes through the rinse and wax use the drying cloths to wipe the residual dirt off the paint and chrome. Pretty much wet sanding the finish.

I won’t be going back. I told the cashier that was trying to sell me a monthly subscription that I’d wait to see what kind of job they do.

If your car is very dirty/salty I suggest at least spraying it off before you go here since they are going to grind all the dirt into your paint.
