Casey's — Restaurant in Franklin

Had guests for dinner Friday night-Ordered 5 pizzas at 3:16 pm to be picked up at 5:45 pm because I wanted to be sure they were ready at the same time. Got emails saying my order was processed and then again later that it was ready for pickup. Sent my son & husband in to pick up at 5:45 and only 3 pizzas were ready. The person on duty said there had been a shift change and the previous worker had not finished the order. Additionally my remaining 2 pizzas would take awhile as he had 8 other pizzas to make ahead of mine! Never offered any apologies, other options or sympathies and my 3 ALREADY DONE PIZZAS sat for 30 minutes until the other 2 were ready. Pizzas had way to much cheese, I felt they were undercooked and I was TOTALLY disappointed in customer service/care. I have reported my experience to Casey’s corporate through their website and have asked for a refund on my cost of pizza. In my particular experience this day I feel your employees need more training in customer service and more staff should have been on duty to help. We were traveling through from Ohio back to Nashville, we are originally from the Midwest where Casey's are popular and I grew up on the pizza from there. I travel around the world for work and I always tell people my favorite food is Casey's pizza!! So I am very picky when it come to my Casey's because I have such high standards for their food. Unfortunately where I am now, Nashville doesn't currently have a kitchen in their new Casey's location so it's been a long time since I've been able to order and enjoy Casey's pizza. As I stated, I'm very picky about my Casey's pizza and this evening the pizza from this location is the best we have ever had!!!!!! We ordered 1 pepperoni/mushroom and one cheese with half pineapple as well as the cheeseticks! I hope the same guy continues to work there who made them because it would be worth the 1 hour and 15 minute drive back to this location because they were that good!!! We ordered it and ate it right in the car because they looked so good!!! ...

Every time I try to call to order something to eat they never answer the phone I literally have been calling for the past 45 minutes and no one will answer the phone and I know they’re open this place needs to get under better management it was never like this when I worked there the only good employee they have there who does their job properly and is considerate is Gloria the lady that works in the kitchen somebody needs to do something about this place because it’s starting to get ridiculous and they’re losing money because now I don’t wanna order pizzas from...
