This was our 4th time visiting this location in about a year. The first three trips were great. No issues. This past visit we decided to order fries with our pizza. Pizza was great as usual. We love it. Here come the fries- I am not exaggerating whatsoever when I say every single fry was barely done in the middle and black (burnt!) on the ends. I almost thought it was a joke. I don’t normally send back food unless it’s just awful. My husband took them back up to the counter and asked for more fries because these were burnt. It took me about 20 minutes (trying to wrangle toddlers in church e cheese) to wrap my head around what they’d actually told my husband. They would ‘send them through again.” What??? My husband also told me one of the nicer young ladies mentioned she ran them through twice. At this point I’m still like, what on earth do they mean cooked them twice. Cook fries twice??
So- here’s where I almost lost my teeth. When they bring them out the second time, they’re basically the same except more of the fries are now burnt and blackened. I just couldn’t actually pay for burnt fries. I ask for cheesy bread instead and let us just pay the difference since the bread was more expensive. We weren’t looking for a freebie at all, just didn’t seem fair to pay for burnt fries. The manager comes out and tells my husband that they “cooked the fries to our specifications” - I kid you not!!!!! At this point I thought I was about to lose my mind over his comment and it had already wasted several minutes of play time for our really young kids who just love this place. So I gave up and walked away.
We will not be returning to this location. Nor will we recommend it to anyone we know. We’d rather drive farther to Clarksville to not deal with the attitudes and extreme lack of customer service from this Franklin location again.
On top of that, most employees there seemed obviously uninterested in working. With the exception of a young lady that I don’t remember her name. She has small braids in her hair and was very nice that night. Seemed like she understood our frustration but nothing she could do about it. She also was the hostess for our daughters birthday party back in the fall and was extremely...
Read moreToday was my first time back to this Chuck E Cheese's in a long time;over six years to be exact. Last time I was at this Chuck E Cheese's, I was twelve years old. Today,my family celebrated my nephew's sixth birthday and returning to this place,I had hoped to relive being a child once again. However, things did not turn out so well for me. I had expected there to be changes since it hadn't been there in six years. Now overall the customer service was great and the food was good. However the arcade was a complete disappointment. Many of the classic games that I loved playing as a child were gone. Deal or No Deal,Mario Kart,The Simpsons Kooky Carnival,Dunk N'Alien, and the pretend ID maker were some of favorite games as a child. I thought I would of had the chance to play these games again, but not a single one of them was there. They did have some others that I remember playing like RagingApe,Skeeball,Operation, and Slam a Winner. Most of games that are there now are for small children up to maybe eight years old. Also, there were a lot of games where you only had a certain chance of winning a jackpot of tickets. Also I had some problems with some of the games; Some didn't dispense tickets when they were suppose to and some, made me lose game points that I did get refunded for. This was also the first time I had to use a PlayPass card instead of using tokens for almost every game. I was use to getting a small cup of tokens when I was child. Each game costed one token and tokens were a quarter each but now,you have to use game credits. Now,tokens were still being used, but not as much. Tokens now,are only for coin pushers, and coin launcher games. You get one token for each time you scanned your PlayPass card for cost of 1.00 game points. This Chuck E Cheese's is not what it use to be. The one I remember from my childhood,is gone. If this one was still like it was back six years ago,I would still love it. However after today,I never...
Read moreThe entire staff needs to be fired and revamped. I booked my daughter’s 6th Birthday party with the highest package that was available. Not to mention I supplied MY OWN table dressing. We only wanted the EXPERIENCE. However we never had a staff for our table she was everywhere but our table. She tried to charge me for things I didn’t even have and when I showed her she got an attitude. THE SUPERVISOR WAS JUST AS HORRIBLE. He was sloppy dressed RUDE and had open sores on his skin. THE BATHROOMS WERE BEYOND FILTHY. JUST LIKE THE STAFF AT THIS CHUCK E CHEESE. MY DAUGHTER NEVER RECEIVED THE THINGS HER PART PACKAGE INCLUDED LIKE THE DIP and DOT’S NOR THE TICKET BLASTER. CHUCK E only came out once and didn’t EVEN engage with the kids hardly. He wasn’t even friendly. The young boy or lady I couldn’t tell which one (not bashing) pants were hanging off it’s behind and yelling at the kids who was at the counter trying to turn in the tickets for prizes. I was completely mortified and very very angry at the staff and the service of this place. I decided to call the Sloppy Dressed manager today. I told him after spending $578.00 I was not please with my experience nor did I appreciate the party host not giving my child everything with her package. He STATED YOU PEOPLE I kindly asked what did that mean. HE HUNG UP IN MY FACE I called back and I told him I’m a SUPERVISOR AND HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCKED. And they definitely super suck in the kind of environment that he works in. NEEDLESS TO SAY HE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN BUT BEFORE HE HUNG UP ON ME HE GAVE ME CORPORATES NUMBER AND TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE HANDLED THIS YESTERDAY AT MY PARTY AND HUNG UP. I tried calling back no answer I will be calling corporate in the am and I’m filing another complaint probably with the police for them charging things I didn’t receive nor get. VERY VERY UPSET WITH THIS GHETTO UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE AND RUDE AND...
