After placing an online order for pickup, with an estimated 11-16 minutes for completion, I arrived after roughly 30 minutes to find my food had not yet been started. Not only that, the teammate told me it would be another 30-45 minutes. I asked how this could be and why I could not have been called and I was told âif I have to call all customers when their orders are late then more orders will be late.â So, I guess the solution to this team member is to not care about customer service. I was also told it wasnât his fault a 40 pizza order came in ahead of me, but somehow this became my problem and I was not able to deliver the dinner I was responsible for to my family.
The only solution from the team member was to cancel my order. I would have appreciated even an offer to remedy the situation by immediately starting my order, which would have taken less than 8 minutes to make. I would have waited that long, but a âmaybe 30-45 minutesâ was not possible.
It is sad to see such a lack of care for the customer. Perhaps the online order system needs to be addressed also, as this is now the second Dominos location I have had this issue in...

I order online and have them send me the texts alerts so I can be on the look out. I am literally standing at my window,looking outside where my front door is and thr driveway with my phone in my hands because the texts reads"outside in the parking lot" đ I am looking outside the entire time for 10 mins I wait still nothing. đ so I call the place and he proceeded to tell me they were calling me and at my door! ???????? I get really upset like.. nobody came here or called me at all! He then Says don't talk to me or yell at me ?? Ok yeah.. he canceled my order that I had paid for and been waiting to feed my kids for over an hour! And then wouldn't give me thr number to his boss! The food always has to be made again...

Delivery one: I ordered one pizza which was delivered - When I opened the box, it seemed like the pizza box was dropped because all the toppings were at one corner of the box. I called to let them know what had happened - and they promised to deliver a second pizza.
Delivery two: This time around the delivery guy did not have the courtesy to hand delivery the pizza. The pizza was left outside my apartment on the floor - god knows for how long.
I called them again and profusely thanked them for their professionalism and took an oath to never order from them again.
If you like you pizza on the floor filled with germs - Go ahead and order it from the Dominos Franklin MA store. I can only imagine what their hygiene protocols are for preparing and delivering the food items....
