I went through the drive through at 11:20 today and ordered 2 sandwiches and 4 donuts. They shorted me 2 of the donuts and now won’t answer their phone. Completely unprofessional.
I was contacted by the manager after submitting a complaint. It seems they opened this location without providing it with a phone. The Manager took care of everything and was wonderful. I feel bad that she has to take care of all customer service issues over her personal cell phone, because they never gave her one for the business! And it happened again on 11/6. It seems the location now has a phone. I received the wrong sandwiches. This time when calling the location the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. When I asked to leave my name and phone number for the manager to return my call, she exclaimed "oh lord". She proceeded to tell me how their manager had to leave and there were only two employees there and she had just clocked in, so it wasn't her fault. The hostility and lack of basic customer service is so blatantly obvious at this location.

Read moreWalked in to 4 people behind the counter. 2 on their phones. Nobody preparing food. Made our order. Got our drink quickly but sat for 15 minutes waiting for our food. One person preparing food (whom sat on her phone quite a while) with orders piling up. The entire time were standing there she made 2 orders consisting of 3 items. All the while everyone else was standing around. I get people are hired for certain jobs but everyone is on that front line and should be trained not to just stand around. And when somethings said about an issue rolling your eyes, smirking and then lashing out at the customers WHO CAN CLEARLY SEE YOUR ATTITUDE is not ok either. They need some serious training and my guess is some better management (and this is coming from someone who has worked fast food both counter, line and management.) Read moreThis is by far the worst dunkin in Virginia, your employees have no drive or customer service skills. 15 minutes waiting on my order. 5 of those minutes the girl was texting on her phone. Another employee had to tell her there were 3 food orders waiting and yet she continued to take her time. I had to get the manager to get involved to help the employee. You need to cross train your employees they all stood around and said it's not my job to make food, I made drinks. But helping your coworker and customer are important things to a successful business. And no a free doughnut doesn't make up for the manager not paying attention to her employees, and customers.
