Dunkin' — Restaurant in Franklin

So I normally enjoy leaving good reviews but I can't even give this Dunkin a 2 star after today's experience. (Attached is a picture and as I was taking the picture all employees started scattering)

Today 4/6/22 at approx 8 am I stopped to get gas and I normally go through the drive thru but the past few times my drinks and order has been wrong. So I decided to go into the dining room this morning to only find all the doors locked and 3 employees smoking on the front side of the building, with 5 others working inside and an empty drive thru.

So I asked the employees smoking on the front side of the building why the dining room was closed to get an answer of "if you don't like it then apply for a job". I responded to the employees with an empty drive thru and dining room "there's no one to work the dining room with an empty drive thru and dining room with 5 inside working and 3 outside smoking?" They then started yelling at me in a very disrespectful and rude way making me the victim? I then continued by saying I will be calling corporate, after saying that they unlocked the doors and told me im not allowed to come in and let in 3 other customers. I'm assuming the woman to be manager on duty then continued to tell me I am banned from the property and not allowed to come back.?

Just to put it out there I am a combat wounded veteran and have a job, I just wanted a donut and coffee and was wondering why the dining room was not open. So from here on out I will not EVER go back to this Dunkin after being treated with such disrespect and anger by the rude employees that are supposed to provide excellent...

This is an edit to a previous review, which is below. For a long time I was a nearly daily patron at this Dunkin. When the original crew went to work in the Clayton store, this one went down hill very quickly. Twice in a week instead of iced coffee, I received ice tea which with sugar, cream and vanilla. This is a horrible drink! The first time this happened I went back and they corrected the mistake, but it took quite some time and in turn I was late for work. The second time I just trashed the drink and stopped going all together. Today I decided to visit since it had been over 2 months, hoping they had gotten things straightened out. It is still a disaster. I placed a mobile order for DT pickup. It appeared they were only taking and filling 1 order at a time. So, I waited at the speaker, then I waited at the window. I had ordered a bagel sandwich with only bacon and cheese and hash-browns. The hash-browns did not appear to be cooked thoroughly and were cold to the touch and my sandwich had the biggest piece of egg on it. This location needs some retraining or something. I would not recommend.

I frequent this Dunkin' through the week on my way to work. The girls who get my order together are always very nice, fast and make my order perfect. Their customer service is a big factor in why I keep going back. Love my Dunkin! The younger crew on the weekends could use a little help, they're nice, but they don't seem as knowledgeable about...

Quality of my simple iced coffee order is wildly inconsistent. It seems every time i get the same exact drink it comes out different every time. Im not even sure how that happens but it does. I had a bad experience today as they didnt put the standard amount of cream and sugar in a large drink that it always comes with. (4 creams, sugar and flavor) I got to my car and the drink was way darker then normal and tasted awful. Im not one to speak up when something is wrong but I was bummed. So I pulled around to the drive through and told them my drink wasnt sweet enough and the ratio displayed on the sticker on the cup wasnt correct (it said 2 sugar, 1 cream). When I pulled up to the window i tried to show the girl that all that was wrong was the ratio of cream and sugar. She wanted nothing to do with listening to what i was saying, and said they would just make me another one and she closed the window. They did make me another one...the SAME way they made the first one! I don't like to complain or ever make anyone feel bad, but I dont do many things for myself and the iced coffee I like is a little treat i do just for me, so this situation just really bummed me out was all.

Also this location is consistently out of items, out of cream, out of caramel, out of mocha. Im not sure who does the ordering but they are definitely not qualified for...
