The staff is not the friendliest, more like robots. I’ve talked to AI machines that had more personality. The food was microwaved, not really the BAKED ziti that I ordered. It tasted like it came straight out of a bag or jar, very bland. There wasn’t even parmesan cheese on their tables, despite a shaker of garlic salt, which I had to use a lot of for it to not taste like straight tomato sauce. The side salad was just lettuce, two small slices of tomatoes, and two small slices of cucumbers. It was nothing to write home to mom about except to tell her not to waste her money. On top of that, for a kid spaghetti and baked ziti with a side salad, over $30 dollars! Ridiculous price for my microwaved dishes. And I could see into the kitchen and saw them microwave it all. The atmosphere was appalling. The staff came out and all sat at the table right behind us, there was no music playing, and I had to listen and watch ALL the staff play on their phones behind the counter and at the table right behind us. I literally turned on YouTube Music on my phone and played it because they were all loudly scrolling through videos and it was beyond obnoxious. After 20 years working in food service, this places has ALL the red flags of poor management. Even the man I assumed was the manager, was joining in on doing nothing to ensure their patrons enjoyed their experience. To other patrons looking to enjoy their meal and feel like their money was well spent, PLEASE go someplace else!!! To the staff, please sell the place so someone who has a care and passion about food and the dining experience can open a place that will generate better results. HORRIBLE FOOD AND EXPERIENCE. went there to get pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs for starters were made out of pure burnt breadcrumbs and cardboard. It was something horrible they had the texture of sponge and the flavor was absolutely horrible!!!! 3.99 extra for 2 horrible sponges with beef cubes. The spaghetti and marinara was something that had no flavor whatsoever. And it was 9.99. It came with "bread" that was 2 garlic knots, I was excited by the look of them until I tried them... they had zapped them in the microwave... who in their right mind specially an "italian" restaurant puts bread in the microwave? Of course You know it's gonna turn into rubber!!!!! I couldn't even dig my teeth into it and told the cashiers who called the owner who came to my table to ask what was going on I told him it was terrible and if he could change it or put it in the oven for me... he came back with 2 rolls from a bag, (not garlic knots) with COLD disgusting liquid garlic butter on top couldn't even bother to heat them up in the oven... he must have done it out of spike. The pizza my husband got was ok, but not big deal, the crust was salty and dusty...Overall, I spent 31 dollars for horrible food. Arrogant owner. I should have gone to McDonald's...

Worst experience ever called and ordered a pizza at 6:39 was told 45 to 50 minutes. Call the store back at 7:45 Pizza still was not here was told 15 minutes Pizza finally arrived at 8:15. All pizza was cold then my pizza was wrong. Called Location back for correction waited on hold for 29 minutes was told there was nothing anyone could do I had to wait for Manager. So I threw the pizza away and went and got something else to eat ( I spent more money after I already paid for a dinner ) after the manager finally called me back I was told I couldn’t get a refund for the incorrect pizza or for the pizza being two hours late or for everything being cold and disgusting. They said that I can get a refund if they could come back and get the pizza as I had to wait over an hour for a response and I was in a hotel I just disposed of a pizza that I could not eat. Finally spoke to the manager told me she called the owner he or she was unwilling to do anything to correct this negative experience. every time I called they placed me on another 20 minute hold. obviously this place doesn’t care about the reputation or their customer service and the pizza wasn’t good. I would not recommend going here. Never had such poor customer...
