So I am currently visiting Tennessee from California for work, and my company places their employees at the Drury Plaza Hotel directly next to this Jamba Juice location. I would just like to say it's sad to see racism still very much alive and well at a place that I am choosing to spend my money. It's a very short walk to Jamba Juice from my hotel. As I approached the store a White lady walked inside, and I heard an employee greet her happily with "Welcome to Jamba Juice." as I'm sure she was trained to do. As I walked in I waited to hear my greeting . . . . I got NOTHING. Even ordering my drink , I did not get the same friendly vibe as the other customers in the store.    Read moreSara and Claire, please give these ladies a big thank you and if possible, a reward. We had placed an order inside and we didn't see that you guys had a promotion for 3 dollar drinks until we had already payed 15 bucks for it. But!!! These ladies took the time to make everything perfect and demonstrated excellent customer service and patience. We are from Florida and had evacuated close by due to the hurricane and it was stressful and heartbreaking with everything everyone has gone through. You girls have definitely made our lives easier and more enjoyable. Thank you soo much for everything and I would love to recommend this store to anyone coming to visit Franklin !! Truly a remembrance visit and I will forever be thankful !! Thank you again for making our experience so special...

The workers recommended the Orange Dream Machine, which tastes like an orange cremesicle, and took such amazing care with making and pouring I was genuinely impressed. They took great care of my order and I!! When I tried the smoothie, it was like a whole new world opened to me. Where I live, there isn't a Jamba, but I am here in town visiting, and I would glady do everything possible to advocate for a Jamba in...
