Wow! Seriously….Wow! We stopped in to see if they could help us revive our old dinosaur for a few more years.

Jonathan patiently answered all out questions and we, being thorough, went to see what they had at walmart which Jonathan said they would help us set up too. No judgement, just friendly service.

We quickly came back as there was no comparison at all. Jimmy set up a new computer bundle for us and transferred everything over from the old hard drive. We were called in less than a day to sit down with him. His goal was that we could leave with everything set up like we wanted and be able to go home and get right back to work. It was beyond easy for us to set things up.

There is a great warranty, prices were good, remote service if needed at a reasonable price, all questions were cheerfully answered. I have to mention the pristine pleasant store reflects their attention to comfort and detail. The smooth jazz was a mellow prepatation for us to face a potentially miserable task. Thanks guys. I have me an IBM Yoga laptop that is by far the best laptop I have ever owned. It cost me over $1,200.00 so it ought to be. Then I got me this HP Laptop for $300.00 to use out in my garage when ordering parts. Out of the box it worked ok but never as good as my IBM. Then one day I took it to Wired and asked if they could add a few things to and make it faster if possible. The next day when I went to pick it up it was more then twice it's speed and nearly as fast as my IBM... I am still amazed as to how well it now works and how quickly Wired did their work and also added the things I wanted. If possible I will now buy me another Walmart HP Laptop like this one and immediately take it to Wired to Fine Tune it. Also this upcoming week I plan to take my IBM Yoga laptop to Wired for a Tune UP. Who knows how fast it will come back.

Absolutely exceptional service! I run a local business, and I recently had an urgent situation with my Apple ID after my phone broke. The only way to regain access was through my MacBook, which also had a broken screen. Thankfully, I found Jimmy Kirchman, who went above and beyond to help me. He connected my MacBook to a monitor, allowing me to reset my password so I could log into my new phone.

Not only that, but he also fixed my MacBook at lightning speed, while other local competitors promised weeks for repairs. Jimmy is a genuinely great technician, extremely knowledgeable, and it’s clear that the entire company shares his exceptional standards.
