I went to Papa John's and literally stood at the counter over 15 minutes with 2 employees standing at the register 2 more employees standing around in the back.. No one acknowledged my presence no one asked to help me. Finally I interrupted their conversation which was apparently more important then their customers. I asked how long it would take for wings and was told an hour and a half!!! I assume they were having to catch a chicken and kill it somewhere. So I went next door to subway was greeted by both employees there and was served and on my way within 10 mins. Thanks subway!!!! Papa John's hire someone who will manage properly and fire your rude employees they aren't...

The at the Shops at Riverwalk are all great but they deserve a better looking shopping center. As a person who has renovated many private and public spaces I can envision the potential of how great Franklin's primary shopping district can be. The shop owners deserve it, the customers deserve it and the town of Franklin deserved it. I have created a rendering if you care to see it's potential. The one suggestion I'll make that would make a gigantic difference is to replace the red mulch with black or brown,...
