Hardee’s — Restaurant in Franklin

Typical fast food place that usually has good food. A little irritated with my last visit though. I wasn't very hungry and was excited to try a new sandwich so I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich and a water. She asked if I wanted bottled water and I said no. She had already put bottled water on the screen so she said she would tell me my total at the window. I pull up and pay, she gives me my sandwich and a large water. I get down the road and realize she never told me my total. I look at the reciept and I was charged for two senior citizens drinks (59 cents each). That's $1.18! I just wanted a free water and I didn't say large and if she had told me my total I wouldn't have accepted it. 3 stars is because I typically have no problems there and when I went back they refunded me. But when I went back in they talked about it and the girl at the window said she gave me the cup she was told to by the other woman in there. Then they tell me that if I order large it's $1.18. At the time I felt like they did it on purpose and it upset me, I didn't even enjoy my sandwich but I'm hoping it was just a misunderstanding. If it was on purpose though and that's common practice it's not a nice way to do business. I could have almost made my meal a combo for $1.18. Also unsure how they should even be allowed to ring it up as two...

This was the first time I've ever been so disappointed with Hardee's I love Hardee's I've never once had a bad experience but today. Wasn't far the worst I went in and I had ordered two original bags with hamburgers and I ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit after waiting for 15 minutes I asked a woman by the name of Cheyenne how much longer and she rudely extended her arm like I was in the way and said I don't know I don't know I haven't had a break I'm hungry mean while she had been eating french fries out of the fried basket. only 5 people were in lobby and I ended up having to ask for a refund after 20 plus minutes of waiting three more people walked out along with me due to this woman's behavior this is just sad no one has any right to treat people like that Hardee's is supposed to be a family orientated fastfood restaurant but as long as they have her working with her attitude it simply can't be and in till then I will not be back no more mobile ordering no more ordering on door dash and I will never ever go in there again worse...

I come to this location not for the food mainly; but because of its service delivered by 1 individual; Brandon. Let me explain. I work nights at a Hotel in Nashville and driving back after a long shift is tiring and it also makes 1 hungry. The food part any will do for me; its the service that takes care of the tiring part for me. A friendly smile; a welcoming atitude and food delivered hot through the drive through is what makes; expieriences special for me everytime. No matter how busy this location is; filled to the brim with customers; Brandon is always there in the morning to greet and meet me and that's enough to make me smile. It's his attitude of gratitude that makes Brandon stick out in service; making this store shine.
