Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Franklin

Me and my parents went to this location and we were ordering our food the casher was the the best and most friendly one that date....thr reason for my review is because the last time I went me and my parents got their order then I was getting mine I got a small pizza with sausage and pepperoni and as the guy was making it in thr back (was a teenage boy) I do not believe he washed his hands before making my pizza....other words he was preparing my pizza with bare hands and no gloves!!!! That's a little disgusting because who knows where his hands were before he touched my pizza I don't know what to say other than he probably was playing with himself for all I know or something far worse!!! Eww!!! Please have all the prep cookers wash their hands or at least where latex gloves I mean...

I haven't even ordered yet and am so excited to try this place. I will definitely update my review once we have tried. I called to ask about the gluten free dough and a couple of other things before ordering, and Joshua could not have been more helpful. I haven't had this service in a while. He went into full detail, gave me his personal opinion on the crust, provided different options, listed pricing and was so informative!! As of now this review is based on customer service, and Joshua definitely exceeded expectations....

I may have had their pizza in the past but didn't think much of it. My husband brought home some that his work provided a couple of weeks ago and it was SO good. I've been ordering from them ever since. The crust is awesome, generous in their toppings. The only thing I don't like is their website. I've had trouble ordering online every time.
