Just had the worst experience I've ever had with takeout. Not letting it go this time. I watched Angio and the cooks in the back cuss out a customer in Spanish, and I ultimately left with no pizza even though I paid for it (and was "Loaded into Pizza Portal").
With a hungry family at home, I arrived before my order was ready and watched it get marked "Loaded into Pizza Portal". I'm not sure if they deleted it or if there was a glitch, but when I asked for my order they told me "no order". After waiting another 40 minutes to get a chance to ask them about it, I was told "Not my problem". I showed him my receipt, the location, the order number, portal number, everything, and he just kept saying no order and that it wasn't his problem. I realized they didn't care, so I got the name and left with the impression that they don't want customers here and really just wanted a chargeback instead.
The entire time, there were a large number of people waiting patiently (for the most part). One person, easily the calmest person I've ever met considering the circumstances, claimed to have been waiting for 2 hours, and the staff completely ignored everyone until a DoorDasher came in and asked for her order. They ignored her and another customer until she more assertively asked for help. Shockingly, they stopped what they were doing and CUSSED HER OUT, obviously not knowing she was also a native Spanish speaker. She called them out on it, and the entire staff came to the counter to yell and cuss at her while we all watched in shock. She eventually said something that shut them all up, and they completed her order. I wish I knew what she said, but I definitely understood what "chinga tu madre" and "cabron" meant when they yelled it at her.
At the very least, I will be getting my money back. But it sure seemed like a cry for help to me, and I think we should give Angio and crew the help they need by letting the staff work...
Read moreThis place has really declined recently. Issues with the Pizza Portal, staff related. Rudeness. Lack of care in the product. It's a gamble every time for me now because I can't count on the convenience or quality.
Last time I tried the pretzel crust and it didn't look anything like the advertisement. No salt, and it just seemed to be a regular pizza. I ordered the pizza with the cheese sauce thinking it was a dipping cup. When I asked them if I got a cheese sauce with it, they just looked at me and said no cheese sauce. Another customer in the store looked at me and shook her head in disappointment because she was having her own issue waiting too long for her order. I chit chatted with her for a minute before I was walking out and she informed me that the cheese sauce was the sauce on the pizza. So while the mistake was mine, the employee went through no effort to clarify and seemed to have no idea what I was talking about.
My previous visit before that, I waited about 10 minutes after my expected order ready time while waiting for the text saying that it could be picked up from the pizza portal, before going in and asking about the status of my order. The man rudely told me that my name would show up on the box when my order was ready, and I asked him if the order that looked like mine, was in fact mine, to which he replied no. Within seconds he had looked at a piece of paper behind the order and hit a button putting my name up on the screen. The order in question was in fact mine and I was just infuriated with how rude and incompetent he was.
Another reviewer here mentioned the previous staff member, the man who was always polite and fast. I'm with her, I miss him. This new staff is horrible and this place will not last...
Read moreI ordered 1 pizza, a 2 liter, breadsticks, and Bosco sticks online through Little Caesars site. I would not recommend doing this! They use doordash to send their food and the site is confusing. The first time I ordered it put the delivery address as the stores address. So I called the store and the guy I spoke with was very sweet and helpful, he said he would cancel the order and refund the money. A few minutes go by and I get a text message from doordash saying my order was being picked up. I called the dasher and asked if I gave them the correct address if they would deliver to me. They said yes and I sent the address. 2 minutes later the order was canceled and refunded which was fine by me. I then placed a 2nd order and this time it did put in the correct address. I got my order but I didn't get the 2 liter it was supposed to come with and I couldn't contact anyone about it. I was still receiving many texts from doordash about the first order that was canceled. They ended up delivering the 1st order so we got double what ordered. But both times we didn't get the 2 liter. This was alot of work for some pizza. And I didn't order directly through doordash because it would have cost an additional $5-$10 for the...
