I didn't really want to go to mcdonalds because they always do something wrong, for example last time they shorted me a nugget. Anyways the person I was with wanted to go so we did. We walked in, very few customers, no one in line. I go up to the counter and stand , no one looks at me or comes over for 5 minutes probably, the person I was with had time to go to the bathroom and come back. So I decide to use the kiosk even though I didn't want to. I ordered a Happy meal, cappachino and frappe and sit and wait. Meanwhile someone else comes in and they rush to take his order, I think they knew him . 10 minutes go by and no food. 5 or 6 more minutes and I'm irritated because no ones even acknowledged I am there. Finally a worker looks at me and asks what I ordered. I start to tell her and she interrupts, demanding my reciept. I give it to her and she rushes off. While I'm waiting she brings someone elses food but disappears before he can even ask for salt and he has to wait another 5 minutes for her to make another appearance. My food finally comes and she doesn't give me my reciept back, I didn't want it but how did she know that.I go outside only to realize my cappachino is half full. The person I am with goes back in and complains because I'm too irritated to talk to anyone and I'm ready to scream. They fill it up literally a millimeter more than it was before and pretty much ignore her too. All in all, it took over a half hour to get a happy meal and 2 drinks. Bad service and unreasonably slow, especially for 3 o clock in the afternoon . Read moreI have spent over 45 minutes on the phone on hold trying to file a complaint with this McDonald's. Upon going through the drive through I gave them my code for 20 percent off and they said pull around . After realizing they didn't give me my 20 percent discount I used through my mobile app I asked if they could do anything to fix this . They were extremely rude I recorded it all on my phone on video . I never was able to speak with the manager and now my code is gone to waste and then the lady came back and said the manager is requesting that I give the food back to them and they will refund my entire order so under the impression I had no other choice I gave them my food back that I had already started eating. This is extremely unprofessional and I have it all on video . I was told the managers name is renae and that I couldn't speak to her because she was in a meeting. I went through the drive through at approximately 430pm in a silver Toyota camry . They asked for my card so that they could refund the entire order I had . Read moreWe ordered a curbside pickup, and it came out within a reasonable time. The only problem is that they gave us 3 incorrect sandwiches. When we called to let them know, they said that they were aware and had the sandwiches ready for us, and if we came back, we could get them. Well, we went back to get them and, once again, got 3 incorrect sandwiches. My question is, if the sandwiches were ready, how did we still end up with the wrong ones the second time?
To be more specific, we originally ordered a Double Bacon Quarter Pounder and two hot and spicy McChickens among a few other things. The first time we went back, we got a Quarter Pounder with only Mustard and Onions and two hamburgers. The second time we went back, we got a Deluxe Quarter Pounder and no other sandwiches.
