VERY POOR ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEE AND MANAGER I went to the drive through to use a survey coupon for buy one get one. Tried to use it on a Dbl Big Mac. was told its valid for that sandwich. I stated that it does not list any exclusions on the coupon. was told no asked for a manager got told same thing but using the phrase "WELL IM TELLING YOU" BY THE MANAGER. Drove a round to the window showed them the coupon the manager proceeded to tell me that the coupon must be used at the store it came from again not stated anywhere on the coupon. Got told they are not going to take it that I gave them an attitude. I called McDonalds Corporate (4 Times). No one has cared to call me back to offer an apologies or otherwise. MCDONALDS DOES NOT CARE. (I know it was just that store and that Manager that had the issue because another McDonalds (Randolph NJ) honored the coupon without question, and Yes it was for the DBL Big Macs. They even made my order twice after me having a misshape and dropping the bag in the parking lot without issue or charging me.) There food is overpriced and low grade to begin with. The only reason I did the survey was because the "Crispy" Chicken Sandwiches I ordered were anything but Crispy. I advise anyone who reads this to stop supporting big corporate Like McDonalds and buy from your local diner or small restaurant business you'll get better food and better portion for better price. Read moreI have had multiple bad experiences at this McDonald. The girl mumbles through the microphone. She is quite rude. My daughter and I went to this McDonald last week and we ordered 2 cheeses burgers and a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal. when I got the box for the happy meal it wouldn't close it seemed like with the toy that everything was in there. We got home and the order was completely wrong. So I called and the manager Brian said to come back. He gave me his name and I repeated it back to him. When I got back there I replaced the order and went to the window where you pay and said the manager Brian told me to come back and get the correct order. The mumbling girl goes and gets another manager and she tells me that no one by the name of Brian works here. So I sat there and called the same number that I spoke with Brian at and he answers. Now keep in mind I am sitting there on the phone in front of them talking on the phone and they are arguing. I caught them in a lie. I asked why are you lying about who works here over a 5 dollar happy meal. I was so angry. These people are so unprofessional. Read moreToday was horrible, the behavior in that store and the way I was treated was horrible, I would bring my kids here and my individuals at work because mc Donalds is normally so good with how they treat people with developmental disorders, I was yelled at l, mocked told to find another job, the police would be called on me when I myself had don't nothing wrong ignored when asking for a bag,then asked to show what food I had left to get a bag..then mocked more, over 2.00 of sauce I was willing to pay for and didn't know that the kiosk didn't charge. The girl with the dyed red hair was completely rude. The manager basically hid behind her employees and let her employees scream over her and treat me poorly like it was a game. I have the whole thing on recording and am going to corporate. I no longer feel safe bringing my kids or work here. A week ago I was there when cops were there for a woman who lost her phone and the manager called saying they had it and then it went missing and was wiped. Obviously this McDonald's has gone down hill and I really hope it changes reading the reviews I'm seeing nothing has changed. But I hope you employee more caring people...
