So, anyone that knows me knows i dont complain. I tip well and have the upmost respect for those in the customer service industry. I have worked many types of customer service jobs. Still work a customer service job. Tonight, at the McDonalds on the Georgia rd this was served to me. When i get home to eat my meal, i took one bite and discovered this. I immediately checked my kids food and discovered it was only mine that was very close to raw. So i called. Im not one of those people, swear. I asked for the manager who did not tell me her name which i later discovered was Destiny. She proceeds to inform me of McDs new fresh meat procedure and that it could cause some pink in the center. Thing is, as i told her, this is not some pink. This is raw, i tried to explain this to her multiple ways. She offered to replace, obviously i did not want that. This is normal? Then i dont want it. I said i just wanted a refund. She informed without a receipt she could not do this. So i gather up my reciept and bring the sandwich with me. I wanted her to tell me this was the norm. When i arrived she had left, i had to insist to see a manager before i got what i suppose was the shift runner/man in charge. I said Can you please explain how this is acceptable, showing him the sandwich. He apologized and processed the refund. As well as stating that the woman i spoke to on the phone should not have argued. That this truly was raw. He then went and spoke to cooks and showed them the sandwich.
But the thing is guys, what if i hadnt noticed? Gotten sick? My kids could've gotten this... $6.48 and a quick apology doesn't seem like enough. I am very unhappy. I will NOT be back. Read moreI got inside to order I had been traveling for a few hrs and wanted to stretch my legs, bathroom all the normal stuff. It wasnt busy, a older man and I had walked in at the same time so I let him go ahead of me. He orders, then its my turn; so I went up to the counter and waited about 10mins or so before the woman came around the corner and says "if you need to place an order youll need to use the kiosk. There was 1 car in the window ah I she had just given the food to, and then the older mans order. I tried the kiosk couldnt figure it out, so I go in my car pulled into drive through, no one was in it so it took seconds.
So apparently you cant redeem your points and use a coupon (I do this at any other McDonalds) I ordered a small water its was a $1.10 said it was because of the new owners. I travel nearly every weekend and I randomly get McD meals throughout the week for children or myself to hear points for when I'm traveling. My normal meal cost with coupons and points is $2.33 for a McChicken, Small water, and Fry. Tell me how it was just 2.12 for just the fry? She also told me sauces were 75cents a cup(I think they were trying to make extra money)

Read moreI had the worst experience with this McDonald’s. They did not serve me my coffee as requested. No one would take my order. There was no staff helping customers inside. I waited 15 minutes for a frappe, 20 nuggets & 2 orders of fries. The shift manager was completely rude. I waited an extra 5 minutes to ask for sauce and eventually I got fed up waiting and grabbed them myself. Then the shift manager came over long enough to tell me I had to pay for extra sauces, which I have no problem with. I do have a problem with waiting that long for FAST food and the employees not being attentive. I work customer service & I understand having a long drive thru line. But if you have time to reprimand me for doing your job for you, then you have time to care of the customers. It was truly pitiful. I don’t have a problem paying for what I want/order, that’s not the issue. The issue is the pathetic customer service being that I was the only person in the restaurant.
