Went to pickup food for the wife and kid and when I got back her nachos were not as ordered. She had nearly the opposite of what she asked for in fact. So I drove 10 mins there and 10 mins back to correct the matter and the guy at the counter asked my name and looked at the receipt and repeated the incorrect order. I said that wasn't what we ordered, I saw her app when she made the online order. He seemed frustrated and just slapped the rest of the nachos together rather angerly and handed it to me. I checked the receipt in the car and it DID in fact have it listed as we had said, he just wasn't reading all of it and getting frustrated at us over that.
At first I thought there was just some system issue and caused a miscommunication but he just had a bad attitude, was letting that impact his work and then getting mad at other people about it. I have no desire to return when service is like that. Mistakes happen but don't fight...

Catering order review
We had catering for a high school graduate open house. The kids loved it and so did the adults. The line to eat was never empty. The food quality was just as great as in the restaurant and the equipment they give you to keep it warm with all the serving spoons is absolutely perfect. This is turn key catering. You don’t need to do a thing. The guy brings it all in and sets everything up, gives you instructions on what to do with the burners and then asks you if you have any questions or concerns and if you need anything. Brilliant service!!! They give you a ton of food. We ordered for 150. Probably had only a hundred come through. Ate about half the food. The only thing we ran out of was grilled chicken. I wish we had ordered drinks. It would have been so nice to have you handle all...

The woman who served us first wasn't very nice what so ever, it seemed like she might of been in some sort of pain because she was limping around so that might of been why. But the food was just ok, and the seating area was a complete mess! Food and trash everywhere, you can see food on the seats through the windows from the outside. And the windows look as if they haven't been washed in some time. Finally food wash on the underside and all over the edges of the tables, we moved twice and decided to just leave. Sorry you guys, very disappointed with the Cool Springs shop...😢 probably...
