Popz Pizza of Franklin — Restaurant in Franklin

Ordered pizza and sticks a few weeks ago for the first time and was very satisfied. Thought I would give Popz a second go around tonight. Not so satisfied. Ordered a pizza and sticks and was told order would arrive in approximately 35-40 minutes. After 1 1/2 hours, the order had not arrived. I called a 2nd time to inquire and the person on the telephone indicated “all his orders were out” and seemed bothered by my call. After 2 hours with no delivery, I called back and was advised that they didn’t have an order for me. No apology, no let me get that order in and I”ll get it right out, basically was told sorry about your luck. I guess we won’t be ordering from Popz in the future. Disappointing!

Update: Ordered Popz last week for delivery. My order arrived at my door in the timeframe stated. Delivery person was pleasant and professional. Pizza and sticks were tasty and as they should be. Could have been a bit warmer upon arrival, but the weather was very cold that day. I will...

We started visiting Popz about 3 months ago and now it is our go to pizza place. The pizza toppings, cheese, and crust are amazing! We also love the stak hoagies, they are so good. Above all else, the customer service is amazing!!! I met Popz last week and he was so great to interact with, he made my day! During our 1st order, we met Big Rich as my husband calls him, and he is outstanding! They care about their customers, they remember us, and they care about the quality of their food. You can even ask for your pizza to be extra crispy. Before going to Popz, our family could never agree on the same pizza place, we all agree now that Popz is the best. Love Popz Pizza of Franklin! They have great pizza! It is very similar to Jack's Pizza. Ordered from them for the first time recently! They make their pizza with the crumble sausage which I love! I really recommend their "Far Out" pizza (Pretty much their supreme pizza!). Their prices are also really good. I feel like I get more food for less money when I buy from here. Their 18" pizza is huge. Only thing I'm not crazy about is their breadsticks, but I don't go there for breadsticks, I go there for pizza!
