Overall, a great experience. Jacob (sales/front counter) was awesome. Ordered the correct tires for me, and examined the 6mo same as cash option. The tire tech, however, had alot to be desired. Took over 30min to get one tire off my rim.. but once that one was off, the others seemed to go a bit faster. I was supposed to get an alignment as well, but because of that tech taking so long, and other customers waiting after me, it wasn't done. The financing offer makes the tires a bit more expensive than cash price, but that's to be expected. This would have been a 5 star review, but because of the tire tech that took way too long to change, mount, and balance 4 tires (which resulted in my alignment not being done), I had to deduct 1 star. Great people out front, great tire and rim selections, great sales experience.. not so great execution of work performed. Read moreDon't buy from R&R. You'll regret it. You can buy you're tires for a fraction of the price offline or pretty much anywhere else. I didn't know this and I wish I had so please for anyone looking to get tires and being in a pinch just don't do it. I thought I was doing myself a favor but instead I had to go thru a whole ordeal. I also called multiple times and could NEVER get them to tell me how much I had left on my payments. And when they did give me a number it was still in the thousands. (the tires I purchased from them only cost 770$ offline for all 6) just don't do it.truely disappointed. I almost recommended my uncle's business to them so he could get new tires on his fleet trucks. But I told him not too fool with it because he'd regret it. update Their account manager Chris is a straight you know what! Incredibly rude on the phone if you have questions about your account balance.. called three payments before to ask my balance. The guy on the phone said $120 dollars then they took two 80 dollar payments and then another 74 dollar payment. So i called to see if I was mis informed about my balance and Chris took it to another level! Said he didn’t have time to look at peoples accounts all day.. he is the account manager and a rude piece of work... if I owed the money then I owe but this dude was straight rude... never buying a thing off this company again!!!!
