I've been a customer since 2012. I've bought a rug (straight out of pocket), a chaise lounger, a dining room table, washer and dryer (straight out of pocket) and my husband rented to own a couch and chair (which I paid for btw) but they magically have lost my information and then expected me to put my disabled spouse on the lease and bring him in there or drive another 12 mile round trip to have him fill out an app on a couch that would have been paid off January 1st. So congrats on losing my business permanently and losing over 500 bucks.

The courteous they help you with what you need and what you're looking for very friendly and courteous atmosphere there all around good company so far that I've seen they delivered my stuff on Saturday they done it with courteous of bringing it in so it don't get tore up and it was a good feeling to have someone like that deliver my furniture I see me buying more through this company when this is paid off Jonathan the store manager and stormy the account manager and Don is the one that delivered it they all are very courteous...

The store in Franklin has become a place I wanna continue to come back to! It’s under new management and she (Jennifer ) is hitting it out of the park! Anytime I’m looking for something she finds it! Now you can even come in the store and see the product and know all the prices! I almost left! But when she took over tht location she ask me to give her a chance to turn things around!
