I purchased a defective vape pen, the coil was burnt when I took it out of the package. I went straight back in to the store and they changed the coil. After using the pen for one day, it was obvious that it was defective. I took it back in and showed them how badly it leaked and spit juice at me, but they kept telling me it just needed a new coil. I told them it wasn't that, that they even changed it for me the day before when I bought it, and I just wanted to trade it for another that wasn't defective. After arguing with me that it was just the coil or my juice (that I also bought there) he finally called the manager. They wouldn't do anything for me. I had my receipt and everything but they didn't care. They treat you like your stupid and don't care if their products are defective....

To me , this place is excellent.Their business is clean and organized.Their products are a very reasonable price. And they have a decent variety. The staff are polite,patient and informative. I am new to vaping and I've been there multiple times and seen three different employees , they were patient and informative when it came to making a decision on such excellent choices of tanks and juices or anything else for that matter .So it made me feel at ease instead of rushing.They also have a great reward system ,all it takes is your phone number, so like of you spend so much money you get a certain amount off your next purchase or however.The prices are great and they have awesome sales . I have never had any issues with professionalism here I would recommend this...
