I ordered through door dash a few times when the rolled chicken tacos came back around. The first two times I ordered 2 of the 4 packs and only received 1 of the 4 pack each time. Fortunately, I was able to get refunded through door dash for the missing items. Tonight I ordered the same thing and itās the last night I will make this mistake again. When I got my order there was 1 pack and only 3 rolled tacos in it. Door dash did not refund me and so I called the store. Went to voicemail. I called again and went straight to busy signal. Called again, same thing. So I drove there myself and explained what happened. The guy working the drive thru said to pull to the window and he would give me 5 rolled tacos to make up for the missing ones. When I got to the window I said, āI just have to ask, is this a door dash thing or a you guys thing because this isnāt the first time I received an incorrect order.ā He took ownership and said, āthis is like the third time this has happened today and itās because of a language barrier of the cooks. That when they see the order, they think 2x 4 pack means 1 order of the 4 pack.ā He also said he would āhave to start checking the ordersā. Maybe not word for word or in that order but that was the gist of the conversation (also I thought restaurants were supposed to check orders anyways before going out, even if it is just Taco Bell). The screen shows supreme Doritos tacos, but no matter where we go, we always get non-supremeād Doritos tacos. I was told one time we have to specifically state supreme or they just come with out the sour cream and tomatoes. Which is opposite of what the menu says. So last night at the Murfreesboro Rd location, I specifically state can you make sure they are supremed. He said they come that way. I said well most of the time we donāt get them that way. He said rudely, āwell NOT HERE that doesnāt happen!ā. Well guess what I got⦠out of spite or just because this is what Taco Bell employees do⦠we got the correct Doritos Taco meal supremeād. And the 3 extra supreme Doritos tacos we got, were not supreme nor Doritos! Why get defensive and then not make sure we got what we ordered. This place has an employee that is shady with gift cards and money. My mom and I had it happen to us twice by the same young man. The management was made aware yet he still works there. The first time my mom paid with a gift card that had $20 on it, she was given her food but not her card back that shouldve had money still available on it. She asked the cashier and he tried to tell her there was nothing on it. She told him to check it, he claimed he did and it was empty and wasn't giving her the card back. She had to ask again for her gift card back and he went and got it, so then she pulled over called the number on the card and it still had $13.83 still on it. The second time We paid for one drink using a gift card that had $11 on it, but he used our gift card to pay for the next people in line order.
