Ordered from the drive thru. I was getting lunch and meeting my wife afterwards for lunch. After ordering, paying, and receiving my food I left and met my wife only to discover that an entire meal was missing. It was on the receipt but not in the bag. Being limited on lunch time and being further away I could not go back to the restaurant and reorder. I called and talked to a manager and briefly explained the situation. She placed me on hold for quite a while before finally returning. She offered a refund of our food. I gave her the information from the receipt and then I realized she was only refunding the missing meal. In my opinion that is the very minimum that should have been done. I explained to the manager that I was not fully satisfied because my lunch was ruined with my wife, my time wasted driving to and from zaxbys, and nothing was done to retain my business. Even the apology given by the manager lacked sincerity. Overall very disappointed by this locations inability to resolve customer issues and the customer service. Read moreTO CORPORATE ZAXBY"S: I dont know if I am writing a review about the one on murfreesboro road in Franklin, because I see some good reviews but I am telling you now that this was the slowest, nastiest, and most disrespectful zaxby's I have ever been to. I ordered some hot wings and everytime I would say anything the girl at the counter would sigh at me. Not only that but there was trash everywhere DISCUSTING. It took my food about 30 minutes to get to me and I was inside! all i ordered was a big zax snack! It took the guy behind me about 15 minutes of waiting on the two girls up front to get through texting and talking to each other before they would acknowledge that he was there. My food was done and i could see it the entire time they were talkng so I had to wait for them to finish talking to receive my cold french fries and hot chicken. This area is not really good about who they hire at there zaxby's. I have had a bad experience at about 3 locations since I have been in nashville! Read moreMy husband and I were traveling through Nashville on our way home from a trip. Usually we love Zaxby's but this time we had terrible service. My Kickin' Chicken Sandwich came with no buffalo sauce on it at all, just the white sauce. I didn't even get an apology when I went up and pointed it out to the person behind the counter. She only gave me one small container of sauce. Then when I asked for two more she only gave me one and told me that they usually charge for extra sauce. They made the mistake, I shouldn't have to pay for it! Also my plate with fries sat in the window for a while before my sandwich was prepared so by the time I got my plate, they were cold. These people must have been the b team because they don't know how to correct a mistake while making the customer happy.
