Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe - Berry Farms — Restaurant in Franklin

I wanted to express my appreciation for the top notch customer service and delicious food I received from Taziki’s. I had an early lunch meeting that I needed to bring food to. I was concerned my order would not be ready on time because they opened at 11am and I needed to pick up the food by 11:15am to make it on time to the meeting. I called the night before and spoke with an employee who said she would leave a note for the workers to watch for the order in the morning and told me to place my order online that night or early in the morning. So I placed my order that evening. When I arrived at 11:10am the next day, my order was ready and I was greeted with a smile! What a refreshing experience as these days good customer service can be hard to find. The order was perfect and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the boxed lunches. The cookies were also amazing. Overall really pleasant experience and atmosphere inside this new addition to Berry farms. I'm a huge fan of this chain, and this location is designed well inside and beautiful, if I might add. However, they are definitely going through a little bit of growing pains. Food is not quite up to snuff just yet, but the customer service offsets that. Really friendly staff and they were on point during my visit. However, I have to take off one star because there were just as many tables dirty as there were full tables of people. Literally only had one effective choice to sit at (and I still had to wipe it down) because they lack a staff person walking around doing nothing but busting tables. Me and my parents went there for my mother birthday and we were treated so well I am a server my self and I truly was impressed with how they treated us and how the great the food was and how fast we were served. They made our experience great and memorable.
