My pet peeve- Shipments of animal (and some produce) products have to be brought in at a certain temp, checked in, then added to stock, quickly. All without it loosing its chill or salmonella starts to grow. I didn't check to see if my bagle was made by someone wearing false eyelashes or had fake fingernails, but those aren't allowed, either. I don't know the current status on poly gloves in Williamson County, but dangit, I do like seeing them on the hands touching my food. There is plenty of visitor parking in the garage (some on 2nd floor and some of 5th floor). I went on a Thursday afternoon and it looked like most of the patrons probably worked upstairs.
