Arby's — Restaurant in Fraser

This place is down right awful. I’m not really sure how they have gotten so many good reviews. Their day staff must be way better than the night staff. My boyfriend and I get Arby’s often due to it being down the street and something easy to get after a long day. I believe we have been here 6 times in the past 2 months. Each time, it’s a long wait in the drive thru, no matter if there’s even 1 or 2 cars in front of us. They always make us pull up to the yellow line to wait, which adds another 10 minutes onto the 10 minutes we’ve already waited in line. They run the food out and like basically throw it into your hands and run back inside just for you too look in the bag, notice the order is wrong and forgets the sauces.. To go all the way back in the drive thru because the doors are locked (10pm) and wait another 10/15 minutes to get through the line for them to fix the order that should’ve been right the first time. It is extremely frustrating and upsetting they can never get it right. I understand errors happen, but this is a reoccurring experience and by the time we’re able to get our order fixed, get home, our food is cold. I would give this location a big fat negative for their service if I could. This is my first time ever leaving a review on google, let alone a bad review. Tonight I went thru the drive-thru ordered a beef n cheddar.. About a mile a away I noticed my sandwich was a little dry..sooo at the next red light i turned on the light and was dissapointed to only see a TINY dabble of cheese....BUT I WAS HORRIFIED AND DISGUSTED when i noticed laying in my lap was a USED BLOOD SOAKED KERMIT BANDAGE!!!! YES I SAID A USED BLOOD SOAKED BANDAGE!!!! I couldnt believe what I was looking at!!! It was definatly NOT mine. I turned around went back to Arbys and complained to the manager Paula. I told her i wanted my money back and i was disgusted that that was in MY food!! I asked why the employees werent wearing gloves and why whomever had a bandaid on wasnt wearing gloves??? She insisted the employees working with food had gloves on...but i could see the french fry guy WAS NOT wearing gloves. This is the third time that my family and I tried to go to this Arby's and give it another chance and of course it was all bad once again. First of all I asked for a club wrap and somehow got a buffalo wrap. I like buffalo as well so I was just gonna deal with it but it was old chicken and absolutely disgusting. My cheese sticks were cold as was my husband's sandwich and his curly fries so they had to be microwaved and still tasted badly. All this after we pulled into a deserted restaurant that looked closed at 10pm. Not to mention the 25 minute wait for cold old food. Needless to say there will be no more chances in the future.
