As one reviewer said âthe girls here need to learn some people skillsâ and they also need to know they are not invisible when making an order. I watched this girl dump chocolate out of my cup as she obviously poured too much in but I didnât think much of it at the time but when I tasted it it was waaaay to chocolatey (a salted caramel truffle) and it didnât taste right so I asked them to make a new one explaining it didnât taste right and all 3 girls got offensive and I had to argue stating I either want a remade blizzard or a refund. They agreed to make a new one and it was made the proper way minus the slam of the cup on the counter when she brought it up. And when I say youâre not invisible I mean people can hear and see what you are saying and doing but to cut to the chase in what could be a very long post âIF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, ADMIT TO IT AND CORRECT IT, NOBODYâS PERFECTâ. I will give 3 out of 5 stars as I never had an issue here before and I've never seen this team of "professionals" here before either but I will be going to a different dairy queen...

The long haired redheaded manager observed two hard looking women who were being absolutely cruel to a mother with an Autistic child because of trying to converse with their children. She got a wrong idea about who was harassing whom. The manager then told the mother who was heartbroken and practically crying to leave when she protested to them all about her child being treated like a diseased person. She tried to explain her child's situation and how they should be more understanding. They did this in front of their own children. These women physically shoved the mother and child out the door and held the door shut. This was promoted by the manager. As a parent of an Autistic child I found the whole situation heartbreaking.    Read moreMy son went in and ordered 1 blizzard (start to his birthday weekend)as I waited in the car. After 15 minutes and watching several customers that came and left I went in to see what the problem was. Apparently they lost his order and we were told that theyâd make it now (no âsorry about thatâ, which was quite annoying). When another employee asked if I had ordered I mentioned yes, 16 minutes ago. The girl that took my sons order then said âIâm sorry I know itâs an inconvenience but itâs an inconvenience for us too, we were in the middle of a shift changeâ. Another employee then almost yelling said, â itâs being made thereâs nothing more we can do!â When my sons blizzard came up we were sarcastically told to have a good night.
