If it was possible to give less then one star I absolutely would rate them lower! No exaggeration, EACH and EVERY time my kids and I go there they ALWAYS short us our food we pay for...leaving out fries, burgers or chicken and even pies. Let's not forget the coke they gave me which had to have been completely out due to the fact when my daughter said the pop was nasty and i took a drink of it I was so ticked that it had no carbonation. The staff is always so rude and very belligerent, using slang words that I have no clue what they r even referring to. Today was the last straw, I went there to grab dinner for the family (the only reason I continued to go back was due to my own laziness that it's down the street and was cheap, but they informed me it's now 4 for 4 instead of 3 for 4 smh) and they try to tell me that they only have two pies left, and with what I ordered for two adults and 4 kids three meals were supposed to come with pies. When I tell them the last two times they shorted us pies and that I was contacting corporation they magically found some to "drop" and said it would be a 7 minute wait. When they tried to hand me an ice cream cone that I ordered the ice cream was literally one glob that with what u would call sides of the ice cream sitting on the man's hands and he tried handing it to me like that with 8t running down his hands! When i let him know I'm not gonna scoop the ice cream from around his hands and I would like another made where it wasn't dripping everywhere and globbed on his hands he got an attitude! Then a woman forcefully opens up the window and says it hot in there (mind u it's 4 degrees outside but whatever)and rudely says i can have it a cup she slams the window shut and when they go to hand me the cup of ice cream 30 seconds later u can clearly see where they must have repeatedly slammed the cone in the cup because the top of the ice cream had the cone broken into pieces SMH. I took it but who knows what they really did to it since they were so rude and mean I don't put anything past them. When I got home the burgers were not only ice cold but the buns were actually saugy and mushy!! If I could of taken a pic of what the bun looked like and post it I would have! By far the worst experience ever with any kind of place! I have no idea how they r still in business with how they run that place! I'm gonna keep trying to get a Hold of someone who actually cares about that places management and how they make food, and how their employees treat customers but until then I would highly and strongly recommend NOT EVER GOING THERE! Horrible location; I love Checkers but every one in the area is horrible, especially this one. I order a simple order. I asked for a cheeseburger combo (number 4) with a coke. I asked about 5 times for extra cheese and I get the order and they mixed my order with someone else, I got my cheeseburger but I also got some nasty, messy chilli cheese dog that not only burned me but made a mess on my sandwhich. I turned around immediately, because I didn't get my fries and now the whole bag (and my car) has chili and cheese all over it, which was something I never ordered. They exchanged my order and made me a new cheeseburger, but I asked them to put extra cheese on it since they forgot. She said she didn't want to charge me for the extra cheese, but I never got it either, so I asked for a new cheeseburger, since mine was ruined with chili/cheese all over it, just like everything else. She wanted to charge me 50 cents for the extra cheese, but all I had was my debit card, which won't let me buy anything for under a dollar with it, so my card denied the second time. I couldn't find 50 cents in my car, only a quarter... Since I didn't have the 50 cents to pay for the extra cheese she forgot to put on my cheeseburger, she actually wouldn't just give it to me anyway. Not even if I just gave her a quarter. She actually refused to make things right, even though she knew she put the wrong thing in the bag. So she made me a cheeseburger with half a slice of cheese on it, which I couldn't taste, not only that but the entire cheeseburger was COLD. Not semi-warm, but actually cold. Stopped in around 9:30 pm on June 19th and ordered a #1 combo double meat and a #2 combo triple meat. When I got home I realized that they had only given me a double for my #2 instead of triple. I spoke to one of the owners (Anthony) that was in the store at the time and he got me right, but as I looked into the receipt I realized that the cashier gave me wrong change. The total was 26.21 I gave him 31.21 in return I should get 5. Didn't think much of it cause it's all automatic. They just have to do the initial count. As I'm looking at the receipt i see he entered 30.21 as the cash I gave him. I ask my gf to check the amount we got back and yup, only 4 dollars. Now, I wasn't bothered by it cause Anthony had went above and beyond about the previous mistake. However, when I call back just to bring it to attention that the person at the window is incorrectly counting. Anthony proceeds to get an attitude, I repeatedly said that I do not care about the 1 dollar, I only want it to be brought to the person at the windows attention that they are not counting correctly.
