I decided to order my food online and it was delivered through Doordash. I noticed that I was missing 3 chicken tenders, a small mashed potato and the sauces I requested. I get the number from Doordash on which Popeyes to call and the manager was a little snappy. She stated that she would give us the food that was missing but we either had to pick it up or pay to have it delivered again (even though they messed up the order). My friend and I later decided to go pick up the food and call to let them know we were in the drive thru line to pick it up. The manager become irate and yelling about how she already replaced the food and she wasn't doing it a third time. Now you can emagine our confusion on how she came to a third time when I didn't get all my food when I initially ordered it. She then hung up in my friend's face. We then proceed to go inside. We watched the manager refused to speak to us and tell the workers not to give us anything. At this pont it is no longer about the food but how we are being treated. There was a manager under her who said there was a similar order with same first name that got food and she said that could be where the mix up came in at. She tried to explain that to the head manager but she was not budging. She didn't try to find no resolution but talk to us from a distance occasionally and called my friend ignorant. She wouldn't give me the food or a refund and so I was very upset. The manager calls the police. Yes, the police over 3 chicken tenders and a small mash potato. Ridiculous. Read moreCertain people should not be working with the public, went to the store on the corner of Utica and Groesback in Fraser MI, the lady that took my order was rude and very nasty attitude, I placed my order and waited, while the food was not ready and had to wait, I asked the same person if they had bottled water for me to purchase, instead of responding me yes she gave me a weird look and after responded yes, so I told I wanted one bottle, she got it for me and it was mostly iced and she said it was $3.17 for water, I told her it was a lot of money for a 16ounce of pure life bottled water, especially since I had bought food also, she didn’t say anything and gave my change back again with a lot of attitude, she actually pushed the change in my hand. This was my first time going there and it will be my last unless they actually find people that can give good customer service. If they don’t shop their own people that means that Popeyes owners apparently don’t care how rude their employees are jut as long as they get their money. Read moreDON'T GO HERE. They used to have good food and okay customer service. Now it's just worse. We had ordered a 16 piece chicken and 2 large cajun fries. When we received the food, the chicken was fine but there was no fries. When we called them, there was no answer. After calling about 3 times, someone picked up and we informed them what had happened. The female worker said that she put in the fries inside the box with the chicken. We explained that there was no fries in the box with the chicken. Instead there was an small empty box with the fried chicken. After repeating again to the worker, she offered to either pick up the missing fries today or tomorrow. Just went back to pick it up, sat at the speaker box for at least 10 mins, no answer from staff. Went to the drive thru window and sat for about another 15 mins before someone came to the window. There was no one in line but me. When I received the fries, she opened the door and said have a great night and closed the door and walked away from the window. After reviewing the fries, it was a big disappointment. Looks like 1 box of fries split in half. I should've asked for a refund at this point. Horrible service. Won't be going to this...
