Hungry Habibi - Fraser — Restaurant in Fraser

I frequented the Shelby Township location when I lived nearby, however I moved this March. I tried many different shawarma spots near Saint Clair Shores after the move and while they were good, nothing could quite compare to Hungry Habibi.

And then, like a blessing from above, they opened this Fraser location less than ten minutes from my new house. The store is sparkling clean, the staff is extraordinarily friendly, and of course, the food is superb.

The only "complaint" I have is that now that they have a new location near by, I am both going to be out quite a bit of spending money and my back may grow a little bigger from going here so often.

I can't say enough good about these folks and would highly recommend stopping by for...

Recently visited this wonderful Mediterranean restaurant with my daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, and the ambiance was so inviting. The food was absolutely delicious with generous portions that left us more than satisfied.

What made the evening extra special was the kindness of the owner. He went out of his way to make sure my daughter felt included and happy, offering her free food, and even some candy! It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it truly made our day.

This level of hospitality, combined with amazing food, makes this restaurant a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming...

I decided to give them a try since it is close to my work.. The online ordering was easy.

The food is about amazing! I got a create your own bowl. The garlic and baba Ghanouj .. chefs kiss. 👌 just perfection.

I also got the Fried Kibbeh. They are so big! I could only eat 2, so I shared with my coworkers. They all said that this was the best Kibbeh they have had in a long time.

My next thing was the Iraqi Salad. So good and refreshing.

The team was so great when I picked it up. They even gave me some Baklava for free. Little did they know that was the key to my heart.

I will be back and I will recommended to my family...
